Thanks Adrian. I’m in a long distance break up right now an am trying to reconcile the relationship. Very hard road ahead as she is in a new relationship but she has reached out to me after a period of no contact. I’m trying to manage as best I can but I still make mistakes. Thank you! This is what I really need. My ldr ex wanted to breakup because of the condition that make him unable to prioritize me. He still struggling with his life, his career. So I decided to give him time, and agreed to break up. I hope to reconnect with him in a state of well-being. I still love him dearly, I hope we could make it.

Hello, me and my ex are a long distance couple who were planning stuff together for the future, but we both lost things and one thing lead to another we split, one thing i can say though is that we are taking a short break, like a really short one that consists of a week, and we both move on pretty easily, so ofc naturally, i feel a lot more happier now, specially when it comes to my art and stuff like that, but if he still feels uncomfortable, then i will extend it to 2-3 weeks, for him to clearl his mind so much more, i think he'd move on my then, after a week i don't know but my ex personally moves on super fast, so who knows, we'll see in a couple more days, i'm just glad i feel happier and can actually have fun on my own!

We've been in a LDR for more than a year, he broke up with me the first time and in two weeks he got back to me, then I went to visit him and we broke up again, nothing really happened it's mostly his fears and he wants to protect himself from what can possibly happen to the future. I know for a fact he is in love with me and that he wants to work on himself, he wants us to keep the contact but with no commitment or promises, which I refused. Is it a bad decision?

Hello! I always tell my clients do what you are comfortable with. If you are uncomfortable with a. relationship that entails no commitments, then listen to your mind and heart. This is because if you solely do not have clear mind and belief in it, throughout the relationship it will only create turmoil and uncertainty. This will not lead to happiness. She did same to me , she broke up with me on December 1, then got me back on December 20, it went fine for few days and recently on 24 January got to know that she already have a new man since dec 3 , so she was double dating . I forgave her , she wants me now as a friend but i denied and started no contact now .

We kept in contact for 2months after the break up. She said she doesn’t love me anymore. We’re long distance she’s from Cali im from az. If those feelings were real they’d comeback right? She hates me. I didn’t cheat on her but after the breakup we did say some hurtful things. Would no contact even work? If we’ve been talking for 2months after the breakup? I feel like I screwed up as I should’ve done this sooner.
