Adrian! She broke up because she needed to find herself and be single after always beeing in relationships. A lot is going on in her life atm and it was too much pressure with our distant relationship. We love each other a lot, she was crying and looked so lost when we saw each other for the last time. Told her she will be ok and left her alone since then. It's been 5 weeks. Working on my new project and enjoying the single life, life is good to me and I can see she's watching every single thing i post on social media. Hi Coach Adrian! So good that your videos suddenly popped up on my feed so timely! So just 3 days ago, we just broke up during LDR. He said his reason was that he fell out of love in the middle of it and couldn't go on anymore. We didn't have consistent video calls every night during that 8months like we used to have before when I was in his country for 1 year+, but we do have chat messages every night after his work during LDR. But I think this was a great factor that he fell out of love? I tried to let him think more and try to hold on until we can meet again and work it out (this pandemic!). But he wanted me to try to move on already and love myself, do the things that I love and I want. Focus on to study the career that I've always wanted (reason why I came back to my country first and resigned from my toxic job in his country). In the end, I accepted his decision calmly even if it hurts a thousandfold that night. We agreed we're still bestfriends as we used to be before lovers. And that if we meet again, we won't ignore each other. Now I'm busying myself to be better and more valuable. But I am sure that I still want him back when that time comes we meet again. If he said he fell out of love is the reason, will there still be a chance I can get him back? Or if guys said, guys said. Is this so? I'm trying to stop getting anxious of what may happen in the future, and force myself to focus on my healing and betterment and improvement first. But.... those lines he told me just keeps asking my head.... am I that unworthy to wait for?

I still love my ex even though he hurt me so badly. We were long distance, I used to visit him 2/3 times a year because he couldn’t come over. I would wait for him to finish working and go to sleep at 3am only to be able to talk to him, although I had class the following morning. I used to work on weekends at a restaurant and sometimes I would not even sleep to be able to get to the airport on time. I gave everything I could give, that’s how much I loved him, but one day I found out he was cheating on me. I loved him so much that I accepted his apologies and trusted everything he said when he was claiming to only love me and that he wouldn’t be seeing her anymore...only to be left disappointed each time. I know I was so stupid, yet one part of me didn’t want to believe he would hurt me again. Now he’s in a bad period of his life and claims to have changed. I forced myself to break up with him once for all, but I can’t not talk to him, I can’t move on without knowing that he’ll be alright...I’m only hurting myself more and more, but what should I do? In my case it's pretty confusing. We broke up because our lives started to go separate ways and we couldn't see each other. I will be moving to another continent and the distance would triple. We loved each other and cried like crazy when we broke up. We will be doing no contact for some time just to digest that we will not be in a relationship anymore, but we eventually will and want to stay as friends. Hi Coach Adrian, your videos have gave me incredible insight on how to get my ex back and I really appreciate it. I have something I really need help with. So my ex broke up with me six months ago, she called me and asked me, “do you think we need to break up?”, so I said reluctantly “yeah I guess”. We had an argument the night before the break up, and we also had another argument the following morning even after I apologized to her. It was a long distance break up, and I admit I was wrong to beg her to come back for days after the break up, so I finally gave her some space and wrote her a letter to tell her I was sorry for how I treated her, she messaged me on facebook, we chatted and we agreed to keep in touch with each other once every month and a half. Sadly, when I did contact her again, she saw my messages but ignored me and blocked me on facebook the next day. What should I do now?

Don't waste more of your time with somebody who doesn't care. If he want to keep relationship with his child. Let him do but not for yourself coz if cares about you in first place he wouldn't left you. Focuse with your life and keep and take care of yourself and your child.
