My mom and I have made eggnog cake a few times... it's very nice and light and spiced! I've also made homemade eggnog (non-alcoholic, of course), and it's great, but not necessarily worth it all the time to make from scratch. Happy Holidays, everyone!

@@naimairfan5738 Yes, you can! You can either buy pre-made eggnog, which usually is non-alcoholic, or make your own. There are some great recipes out there. I hope you can enjoy some soon!

I can actually see eggnog being used to treat disease. The creamy milk could help a sore throat and the cinnamon and nutmeg can help with inflammation and kill stuff. Then the alchohol can help relax you so you can rest easy plus kill germs. Additionally milk is really good for hydration but I dunno if that's still true after it is creamed.
