The entire reason this debate exists is because people misunderstood Goku absorbing God Ki into the base. He can use it at will but he's not always using it. SSGSS is literally a Saiyan with the power of Super Saiyan God Going Super Saiyan so if Goku's hair is yellow, he's not above Super Saiyan God from BOG. Heck in the same arc that Vegeta said Cabba is equal to him, he tanked a punch from Cabba as a Super Saiyan. Finally, Goku had to go Super Saiyan against Frost but Piccolo stood a chance against him and Frost had to cheat. If Goku's base was always God level, there would be no point in going normal Super Saiyan at all. So no, Goku does not stack God forms on a God level base. This is coming from someone who likes Super over GT and thinks Super Saiyan Blue is the coolest looking form.

The saiyan beyond god form was retconned to be the normal base form, so vegeta's statement about cabba being his equal in the u6 vs u7 tournament means cabba is stronger than BOG ssg goku. Because dbs's powerscalling is schizophrenic it makes other characters like piccolo, tien and even krillin be relative to atleast BOG ssg Goku before he absorbed the transformation into his base. DBS is not well written, don't try to make sense of something that doesn't make sense.

It was stated that Gohan only had the power of Buu Saga Ultimate Gohan and he still overpowered Piccolo. Saiyan Beyond God was not retconned, it still exists even if it's not called Saiyan Beyond God anymore. When Goku and Vegeta were training with Whis in his staff, they learned to keep their ki from leaking and Vegeta said something along the lines of "Is this God ki?". Goku having a God level base that can stack all his forms goes against everything that's shown in Super. Outside of Beerus, when has Goku used normal SSJ forms against God level opponents?

Okay I know this is a joke but even grown adults take this seriously. Some dude compared ssj4 gogeta to tracksuit gohan who hasnt kept up with his training and got demolished by first form frieza. This gohan trained for 3 months PROPERLY and was able to match ssgss goku. Take a stronger gohan from the movieverse, where there are more feats and where he would have had fought more opponents. This sude was stated to have not neglected training, so he trained for 5-15 years. This gohan in super saiyan was EASILY surpassed by base goku in gt. Gt goku also destroyed suguroku space where even the kais cant traverse, note that they can traverse zenos palace and the world of void. All of this occurs much before goku even attains ssj4. And for those saying god ki is OP. It really isnt. Kaioshin has god ki, but black frieza doesnt. Fat buu has god ki, but orange piccolo doesnt. Now depending on how you scale super, and how much of the daizhenshu rederences and official statements you include, you could make arguments for gt goku being more powerful than super goku and vice versa. But in all cases ssj4 gogeta slams cabba and its not even close.

What i like about this is that this scaling is backed up by the feats and vice-versa Baby shaking the fabric of Dimensions causing Kibito Kai to drop goku. which would be faster than instant travel since Kibito kai was using his kai-kai technique and thats as fast or faster than instant transmission. The fact that it reached across the dimensional fabric puts it on an even higher level. Goku breaking out of a dimension in base which no the dimension wasn't collapsing the game was cause the caretakers were angry at sugoro for cheating. Goku and sugoro didnt even think there was a way out cause the dimension was trying to kill them. Goku shook the entire afterlife in base to the point of Goku not being Universal cause he only shook hell thats complete BS. Its not like in Fusion Reborn where the dimensional barriers werent working cause of janembas hacks. The Dimensional barriers were working properly in GT. Its shown goku shook even Emma daiohs palace so his power crosses dimensional barriers. Hell is stated to be comparable to heaven in size and both are stated infinite in size and larger than the universe by 3×. He also shook the Emma realm which is stated to be larger than heaven and hell. So for base goku to shake all of hell and his power to be felt up to Emma daiohs palace means he possibly shook heaven and the entire afterlife. King Emma stated "with that kind of power he's going to blow this place to smithereens and HES NOT EVEN FIGHTING". So this can be taken to mean everything from hell to Emma daiohs realm or the entire afterlife would be destroyed. All realms which are larger than the living universe puts him on a much higher level of power. Its Multi-universal cause Goku’s not even at full power in base as shown when he says “Oops I think I overdid it Alittle bit”, he wasnt even fighting and he was already threatening to destroy something as large as 7-11× the mortal realm. So at full power in base not even Ssj4 he should be Multi-universal+ and that's not him fighting, if he did fight he should definitely be Multiversal. Even if you say it was only hell it would STILL be multi-universal cause hells larger than the living universe. And if you don't want to accept the fact that he’s universal then it would also debunk the notion that MUI and Jiren are universal cause they “shook” the WoV. Its the same standard at play so to accept one feat you have to accept the other. Debunking the WoV "feats" wouldn't debunk the feat of GT goku shaking all of hell cause at least in GT he shook SOMETHING whereas in dbs he shook NOTHING. Now to Omega “not being” Universal, just because its a different type of Ki destroying overtime doesn't mean hes not at that level. Its still his raw power doing it, it just does it differently. The way Old kai acted to the shadow dragons shows the universe wouldve been destroyed VERY QUICKLY since he wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Cutscenes also show that the universe was being destroyed by the mere presence of the negative ki without the dragons doing anything. There's also statements by popo saying “ I once heard of a dragon appearing on the planet Eros, after it appeared every planet in the surrounding cosmos disappeared“. In the dub its galaxy which people point to and say “SEE! Omegas only galaxy level! Take that GT fans!!”. But those same people forget what Old kai said right after that which was” You idiots! That dragon and EACH ONE IT SPAWNED has the power to destroy the Universe”. Back to the sub Cosmos can mean Universe, galaxy or super cluster. Im pretty sure it was used to mean universe cause the scaling backs it up since Vegito was high multi-galaxy and hes complete weaksauce compared to final form rildo whos one of the weaker villains in GT. We can also take old kais statement to say that each shadow dragon is universal.The other Feats also back this up as well so yeah im sure this was used to mean Universe. Also to ontop of this is the fact that its stated that the Eternal dragons are stated to live in a realm that surpasses the universe which holds multiple timespaces like: Hell 3× mortal realm Heaven 3× mortal realm Emma daiohs realm 4-5 × the mortal realm Mortal realm= our own universe Makai realm its own universe possibly equal to the normal complex but lowball this and say its equal to the mortal realm. So if Black smoke Shenron is an eternal dragon who comes from a realm thats on a higher plane than those realms stated above and omegas energy manifested comes from there than hes doing what Darkseid from DC does when his full power/prescence manifests in a universe in DC. Just omega existing dissolves the entire universe which makes him MID-HIGH MULTIVERSAL+. Ontop of this the earth was separated from the rest of the universe and not even the kais could enter through the kai-kai technique due to the negative energy. So the planet was effectively in another dimension. To further back this up the kais couldnt reach and contact earth cause it was separated in the same way they couldnt contact goku when he was trapped in sugoroku space which was another dimension.

To be honest I don't see the reason why this is even a debate I mean yeah Cabba Would have been able to handle most Z villains other than a few that can mention But it would only be TOP Cabba that would have the biggest advantages but it would only be natural that Cabba at that point would be able to potentially ice Majin Buu even though I'm pretty sure he's never dealt with a regenerator like Majin Buu or dealing with a being that can use Magic like Majin Buu but certainly Cell or Frieza from back on Planet Namek. I mean Dragon Ball super timeline takes place after the fight with Kid Buu there really no brainer there we have to make those characters tougher right. But GT is a whole nother ball game this series takes place quite a substantial amount years after the fight with Kid Buu I mean once whenever I was asked to scale Cabba and I would say at a highball I compared him to Trunks or Goten in GT because I consider that to be a fair analysis because both of these characters we're already taking on villains far above Even General Rilldo that was stated to be far above Majin Buu are buuhan that's super Vegito faced. And the fact that GT Goku was already shaking the whole afterlife from the boundless pits of hell all the way up to the Heavenly Realm and the check-in station even giving King Yama the chills while only being in his base form no Transformations included and no multipliers on top of GT Goku's base form and not to mention GT Goku had already destroyed a universe in fact two of them in GT. So you include Goku and Vegeta in GT with all that power fused into Gogeta Super Saiyan 4 yeah Cabba it's not even coming close to touching Gogeta because even Super Saiyan 4 Goku would beat the brakes off of Cabba . (Those are some of the rules that the webcomic Dragon Ball Multiverse use) After achieving the basic Ssj forms, a saiyan's base power will never increase that much after that. That is to say, Base Goku from Buu Saga probably would lose to 100% Freeza on Namenk. He is of course significantly stronger than Base Goku from Namek Saga, but not otherwordly so When you think about how Goten and Trunks ssj forms are said to not be far off from Early Buu Saga Gohan (who despite not having been training, still is certainly vastly stronger than the likes of Piccolo and the Androids). It makes sense to believe that all base Saiyans are not too far from each other, and that after achieving mastery of the Super saiyan, the difference in power comes mostly from the transformations rather than their own base power Now, why are the U6 so strong? It's simple Its not that U6 Saiyans are strong, its just that U7 Saiyans are pitfully weaker than they ought to be Think about it. All the saiyans have a absurd amount of potential, they just suck ass at using it Goku was literally a low class scrub, but just by training a bit for a few years he went from being the weakest known adult Saiyan to Elite-class Level in a year training with King Kai And after a few more years, both him and Vegeta and co went from below Ginyu level to having a power level in the millions and heing able to hang out with Final Form Freeza (who even in his first Form, vastly dwarfed the power of almost every single Mortal in Universe 7) There is literally nothing special about Goku biologicaly that makes him overpowered compared to other saiyans. He just trains and is passionate about being strong opponents Meanwhile the vast majority of saiyans never bothered to train, they just their naturally high battle power to bully other species and then used the Oozaru or ran away everytime a slighty strong opponent appeared Due to this, on average a Saiyan would never get the various zenkai boosts and other trainings arcs that needed to achieve a high battle power level. So despite the fact that every single Saiyan has the potential to achieve a power level in the millions like Goku and co. They just never put in the effort to do so, opting rather to just chill in having a power level of a few thousands at most (that is already more than enough to bully most known races in the universe) Here is where U6 Saiyans fit in: they simply actually train U6 Saiyans are not cowardly savage world conquerors like their U7 counterparts. They are in fact a type of universal policeman who regularly battle threats to the universe to protect it Protecting the universe means that they have to constantly keep each other in peak performance to defeat the new weekly threat, as such unlike the U7 Saiyans, they must be constantly training to become stronger Add in the fact that they do not have access to the Oozaru forms, which means that they cant rely on a overpowered 10x transformation to save their ass when things get tough, they probably are exposed to Zenkais far more than their Universe 7 versions Therefore, through his lifetime the average U6 Saiyan will train much harder and have more numerous zenkais than he'd otherwise have while living as a opportunistic conquerer as a U7 Saiyan Due to this, most U6 Saiyans should be probably as strong as early Namek Vegeta and Goku were (in the 20k to 90k PL range) Meanwhile, the absolute strongest ones, such as literally the top 3 strongest saiyans in the entire planet (Cabba and Caulifla) could have power level in the few millions, similar to the DBZ cast during the Android Saga (which is enough to awaken the Ssj Forms without much effort; as shown by Goten and Trunks)

Base Cabba would be 112.5 quintillion, which would beat initial ssj4 Goku in the baby saga, who is at 19 quintillion but lose to full power ssj4 baby saga Goku, who is at 857 quintillion.
