Because as I remembered in shibuya when sukuna activated malevolent shrine right after that he used the fire arrow on mahoraga althought it was said it is impossible to use your CT after you activate your domain ( before Gojo showed it in his fight with sukuna ) so pretty much this black box isnt related to sukunas CT , I guess we will be able to see it more in the upcoming chapters especially If higurama manages to take away sukuna's cursed technique it would be a good chance to see it

I was waiting for that comment. Because in my opinion Higuruma’s domain won’t work on Sukuna since Justice is concept for mortals i.e humans. And it seems like Sukuna is some sort of god or some sort of higher being, that is above mortals. So as consequence, he cannot be held with humans/ mortals concepts such as Justice because he is a superior being hence he is or can be above Justice and other human concepts.

If Sukuna has a domain expansion, he wins. Period. Assuming he still can't use one right now, one thing comes down to the definition of "violence." While violence isn't allowed in Higuruma's domain, would a slash at the barrier count as violence? By definition, it wouldn't and Higuruma's domain seems to be very specific and technical in nature. So, probably just slash his way out as an option. (I don't think he will, as that'd be boring.) If I had to guess what would happen if any actual trial situation takes place beyond just a couple of panels, is that the accusation would focus on a morally gray area of Sukuna's life. Example: killing a group of sorcerers who were trying to kill him. While they are after his life because he is evil, technically he's killing in self-defense, even if he does enjoy doing it. Then the conviction comes down to confiscation rather than execution and Sukuna just goes hand-to-hand for a little while. (I hope anyway, I just don't want to see "Death Penalty" and he just body Higuruma while dodging the Executioner's Sword.)

Most people in the comments are thinking of Sukuna's response to Higuruma's domain in too much of a linear way. Sukuna's fight with Kashimo was important because it highlighted Sukuna's world view. He can beat the domain simply by expressing how the typical laws of man never applied to him. Being the strongest sorcerer without peer means that you simply dont process morality the same way as an average person. The domain may slow him down but overall Sukuna has lived an unbridled, honest life. Honest to himself i mean. This will stagger the effects incurred by Higuruma.
