Austin Dunham giving an abstract of your video before shooting your video is still a terrible hook. Put clips relevant to the topic that you think are interesting. I like your work Austin, I just wish you streamline the structure of your videos. For example, instead of talking about the differences between pro and supinated grips then talking about how you are going to show examples, you can literally have shots of you doing each version with a voice over explaining what is going on in the technique.

@andris788
@andris788 5 жыл бұрын
Try it on rings that are lower, so even if your grip gives up, you will just land most likely on your feet after turning down (as slow as you can). Also you don't need to come back up. If you let go while you've already turned all the way over, letting go will get you land on your feet
@aceofsp4des744
@aceofsp4des744 5 жыл бұрын
I know I'm late af nur just do it, I was afraid of it too at first but theres really no way your grip fails (I was a beginner aswell). You can also try doing it on a lower bar or a pair of rings thats maybe only 4 ft above the ground so theres no way for you to get injured

@Moon_Puff

For anyone newer reading this, I was also afraid to go upside down! Start small - like seriously. So slow forward and backward rolls on the floor to get a taste of the new orientarion. Do elevated pike holds or wall handstands.
