First of all...i think that Mike is certainly improving , you just can see it and he should be proud . On the other hand ...damn ...Butcher is up there and you can see that he dreams chess and breath chess. It's almost like he does not think about his moves . It comes natuarly . It took almost no effort to capture the horse and he saw that pin in 0,2 seconds . Man....that is another world to me and that is why i have so much respect to a good , very good chess player . Off course it does not come natuarly...he put a lot of time to reach this level . You have to have talent and resistent . Anyway....thanks Coffee Chess , 👍🙏🇳🇱💪

11:48 instead of going for pawns, why not go for the win? rook d1. if either rooks take it, pawn will retake with discovered check keeping the queen and winning other rook. other possibility for white is taking the pawn where rook b2 will take with check and leave the a1 hanging, so free rook. It looks like white is defending 1st rank, but that pin is making a difference

Great game! I think I'll look into playing the kings gambit with knight takes pawn line. Been playing that line for about a hour now and no dice against stockfish 10. Maybe against a human I can muster a winning line but with the engine perfect playing ability i find myself consistently down 2 points consistently or more as the game progress.
