Thank you so much for replying!I asked for my son (19), he was diagnosed with Hashimoto when he was 12, also celiac disease. Recently his blood test showed hyperthyroidism, doctors are just checking his thyroid markers every two weeks. I searched that it can be due to low B12 (no methylation ), I checked Homocysteine and it was high. He’s supplemented with B12 now and it’s getting better. Also he has LPR, so I thought he might have low stomach acid. (But he has a good bowel movement, and stools are huge), he’s very skinny, on Paleo diet, also taking ACV, bitters and digestive enzymes before meals.

If you can, that would be greatly appreciated by many of us, I'm sure. Also, I know you've said that Beet Flow is the best thing you've found to help with bile flow problems, but is there something those of us who can't afford Beet Flow can use to help?

Ive been tracking my progress via the digestion course and the sheets you provide. My body shows its more acidic and catabolic so ive been trying to balance it. I drink distilled water because its been difficult to find a good source of springwater which hasnt been poisoned by 1080 (I live in NZ and the government has sprayed it everywhere and told us its not poisonous to humans). I have hashimotos, and since doing the digestion course to address my low stomach acid and increase my bile flow and multiple nuturient deficiencies - is drinking distilled water harming me? When my body is still showing signs its acidic? I'm eating more keto/carnivore and my bowels have slowed down, I've been treating SIBO and hpylori. I have been feeling so much better, no more stomach pain, no more brain fog. But I do feel I'm not fully emptying my bowels. My haemmrhoids have been shrinking so not so much pain. But not sure if I need to stop drinking distilled water and just go with spring water (even though I am so skeptical about trusting the source)..... But am I doing harm by drinking distilled water (I add Celtic sea salt, magnesium citrate, potassium bitartrate and ascorbic acid, 100mls.of orange juice and 200mls of coconut water for my electrolytes - 700mls of distilled water).
@KickItNaturally5 ай бұрын
Great job creating some improvements. We like to see people that are electrolyte deficient avoid distilled water, but if it's your best source of clean water, that might be a reasonable thing. Just remember, we don't view it like "the body is more acidic". the body has different compartments that should have different phs. We view an acid imbalance as the breath rate is going too high, indicating the blood is leaning too acidic.

Great video. I was diagnosed with possibly having Parkinson's two years ago. Shortly after I had major surgery in which they used opioids. I'm a senior who had off-and-on constipation prior. However, this drug left me constipated a lot. I struggled with it taking a lot of over-the-counter products. Come the first of this year I stopped having BMs. I went to two ERs and they told me they can't help me????? One GI doctor refused to help. I came up with my own relief by drinking two liters of water over several hours, followed by Mageseim Citrait every third day. I had great success but having trouble again. Since Parkinson's' affects the nerves, the autonomic system in general in my mind it's what is giving me the problem. I'm not asking for a diagnosis but any advice to get me moving naturally.

Thanks for sharing all this. Yes, there is more than one cause for constipation. so a med could have just magnified one of those causes. I'm curious if you take statins. Also, with respect to helping your nerves I would suggest B2 and coQ10. However all the B vitamins are great. Also, I'm not talking the synthetic ones. Using magnesium is smart. Mag glycinate is great to help the bowl nerves be more mobile and doesn't create loose stools. I look at it as a tool to be proactive and discourage the later stage of needing the citrate.

I’ve been to a dozen GI’s, none have been able to help. I’ve seen multiple functional doctors, but all have put me on a rigorous program that I just have not stuck to because it was overwhelming. Do you run tests? Stool tests or mycotoxin tests? And then advise a solution? I will do whatever it takes to see you as I really think you can help me. I’m at the end of my rope here. Hey Tony!:) Amazing contents! I have a tricky question. Can I make bone broth in the pressure-cooker with 140 degrees and maximal pressure for just 3-5 hours instead of cooking it in Crockpot for 24-48 hours without pressure? Or it will destroy most minerals and amino acids from bone marrows, and be useless for refiling my mineral levels? I am planning to take it for a year +liver+ eggs+ sprinkle water before bed - that's why I need to know this for sure before I begin Thanks for providing full information instead of small parts ... for years and years like other KZbinrs do🤪😅😜 (ps. increasing my chances for your reply:)

If not any other issues like bacterial infections it mostly can be pancreatic digestive enzyme defeciency.. EPI

Yes, that is possible. Bile flow could also be very poor, or the stool could be leaning too far on the alkaline side, which will usually slow it down, but in extreme cases, the alkalinity can cause discomfort too. Hey TC. Just wanted to share something that seems to help me. I was taking Betaine HCL for a long time and it seemed like I couldn’t stop taking it because I’d have stomach pain without HCL. But then I read the advice to limit drinking water during meals because it dilutes the acid, and drink lots of water between meals to hydrate the stomach lining. I’ve been doing that and I’m off HCL for 6 months and haven’t had the stomach pain that I’d have when I didn’t have enough acid. 👍🏻 have you heard of this tip? What do ya think?
@KickItNaturally5 ай бұрын
Yes, we talk about this in videos like this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rHi3n36wl5ehbbs But this really only seems to be important if a person is not making enough HCL or they have some type of overgrowth that is neutralizing stomach acid.
