Hey Polecat, It is illegal to be walking down a public street w/an open container like that subject did. You had quite a bit of patience when it came to that subject walking away from you & the cover LEO. That driver said well he wasn't drinking he was only driving. It doesn't matter he had clear conclusive knowledge that his passenger had an open container & was drinking while he was driving If that bike pursuit happened in RL I believe a supervisor would have terminated that pursuit just because most departments don't want to put citizens at risk all because of a speeding biker. I wish someone w/GTA 5 | FiveM would make a script/mod where AI Drivers pull over safely to the right side of the road when a first responder is behind them w/lights or sirens on. Loved the Video/Episode as always, keep up the amazing amazing content!!
