@John Smiff When a family falls behind on their rent because of the need to suddenly look after a 2-year-old son on a ventilator, then no it does not. The family were also due to move out volunarily in two days time to a council home that was being refitted for the son to use. The greedy landlord could have easily waited. The program is full of families like this, not just families trying to cheat the system.

The clip at the end was of actual trespass by the company DCBL where a judge ruled that Gary Brown, a star of the Channel Five show, should have made more thorough checks before entering the home in Bracknell and unlawfully search it. They have been in trouble for this many times, one of which a person was awarded £10,000 for their trespass.

Bailiffs are essentially recovering stolen goods so they are not really bad, the people that steal the shit deserve it. And also increase the prices for legitimate fair people. Why should I have to work an extra 100 hours because someone got a sports car on credit and didn't pay for it?

@@obtuse186 creditors offer ample opportunity to settle debts before going down that route, its a last resort, which means the debtor has been actively avoiding after backing out on their side of the deal, no good person does this. A good person in bad times would actively explain to the creditor why they are unable to fulfil their side of the deal and renegotiate. These people are just fraudsters and scammers.

I’m pretty sure that door at the top of the fire escape is a fire door, you can see the green signs and it’s 100% the fire escape… so they are breaching H&S regulations by propping that door open and using it as an entry and exit point in a non emergency. I would inform the landlords as it’s putting their building at risk.. if a fire broke out and fire doors are propped open it could affect the spread and containment of a fire

@@reb0118 Firedoors are used to prevent the spread of fire and contain it. They should never be left open/propped open as that stops their effectiveness and increases the fire damage risk. They should never ever be used as the primary route of entry and exit to a building. Clearly in this case the office workers are too lazy to go through the front reception and up the internal stairs and instead use the fire escape as a way to access the building quickly (when there is no emergency) that at worst is a risk to life and at best a risk to the building Fire exit and fire door are two totally different things

They are in serious breach of h&s which could end up killing someone.. that someone may be a son or daughter, a father or mother, a grandmother or grandfather.. have some compassion!

You can bet your house most of the people that work for this poor excuse of a company, were once cops, or people that wanted to be one. (Plus fired ones.) Takes a real lower kind of life form, to even think about wanting to work for a dept. collection agency. Tells you all you need to know really.
