There is a much more efficient and traditional method to put people to sleep; take away worries by paying a living wage. Put people at ease for a nice nap.

For me, the best sleep technology: 1) I put on my headphones, tune in to the music I like the most, 2) moderate volume, almost like a whisper, and I sleep like a dormouse. Greetings from Medellin. Colombia 🇨🇴

Still my best investment for sleep has been a latex mattress. Lasts forever and is a good balance between a spring and a memory foam mattress in terms of give/ responsiveness

I got one of these for my wife every time she starts snoring it starts making fart noises who would have thought that that's what makes her stop.. she instinctively rolls away from me and covers her head with the pillow pretty brilliant

Over a decade ago there was a device caller Zeo which relied on EEG for analysing sleep patterns. Unfortunately it went bust and we’ve used sleep trackers on phones and watches which rely on motion and don’t actually measure anything in the brain, but nobody cares about that since they sound just as sexy and are a lot less complicated to implement. Perhaps when we buy devices we should look for how sensible they are at measuring what we want (according to science) and disregard how sleek they look and how many cool useless features they use.

I'm interested in both the Bible and the law of attraction. For the most part and book or video on either subject requires concentration, so when you are meant to be sleeping but can't I open a book or a long video, start focusing which challenges the brain, then I'm sleeping before I know it. Meditation works too. Almost like getting and overactive subconscious in check.

@4:38 It would have been interesting to see to reporter try the BMI machine and the beds, as he has a unique body type that I feel might not have been considered for this technology. The BMI reader requires people grab with two hands...How would this have functioned for him?

Another way to get some sleep, is use a blindfold or eye mask, it’s literally cheaper than a white noise machine, and as a bonus, if you don’t like noise, wear some ear plugs, although they’ll be filthy, it’s more worth buying those than seeing your electric bill go even higher than your rent.
