for anyone wondering what the "sazon" was, sazon goya condiment is a mixture of mainly culantro (long coriander) and annatto as main ingredients as well as turmeric, cumin, garlic powder and it also has some flavor enhancers like monosodium glutamate (if you are trying to replicate it you could skip the glutamate or not) as for the adobo well as it states in the video, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper and sometimes also cumin i cannot describe the taste of long coriander but what i can tell is that it is WAY different than normal coriander and should not be used one instead of the other unless you can't get the other one (but they go well together too)
