You’re both awesome! Something to take note of, the bikes tires are designed for two wheels to hold the weight of one person, you now have four tires supporting one person. I believe you can let 50% or more air pressure out of those tires have a softer ride and better traction On snow and ice, sand and so on : )

You even took a pice from her wheel chair and made it your wedding ring, you are still doing everything you can to make her feel comfortable and to make her forget that she is disabled. Drop the tire pressure in the back and half as much in front and you'll get more traction. I've a invention that only takes two minutes to install, that will give you much better traction in snow and sand and cut your tire cleaving afterwards to two seconds. I would gladly trade that idea for one of these rigs, and throw in ten more wheelchair inventions. As this is probably not feasable, do you have any zero down financing? 37 years chair bound and Rhumatoid arthritis is keeping me grounded. Second generation: all wheel drive with a motor to each wheel, that seconds as generation of energy to battery when braking. Two speed for your solid axel set up can be had with very few moving parts and very little extra weight. What you have done here is one of the greatest breakthroughs that I have seen in my 37 years of living from a chair. Great job, and such a labor of love.

Very cool. Coming from a fat biking background, tire pressure is everything. Running lower pressures and more supple tire casings (120TPI+) will provide better traction. You can also set them up tubeless and save some rotating mass which might increase range. That last motorized sled is called a Snow Dog. Popular with ice fisherman and also with fat bike clubs as a singletrack groomer. Great design and very inspiring.

Really love how Cambry is gettin more comfortable with the camera.
