The way you two find joy and happiness in everything, the way Emma laughs at your silliness, how you two take everything in stride, is truly an inspiration to every couple. I simply adore and love how you two carry in together in life and your adventures. My wife and I find the same happiness together, and you just remind me of that every time I watch your videos. Love, love, love it! Thanks for being an inspiration to so many, and may you continue to find joy and happiness. Cheers from Canada.

Hey guys, those panels are meant to go in the pop top area along with the bedding, similar to an alucab for a landcruiser, the top is the bed and the bottom is the living area

thats right. It seems a bit unworthy negativity for a minvan youre saying. Actually its more on the fact that you didn't know how to use it. Try reading manuals if there is. You mentioned you have tried RV's. But you didn't even know that you have to turn on switches to turn on the inverters. Thats the reason why youre thermo isn't functioning. It is even a much appreciated camping van as they are able to maximize the space for the equipments. Brilliant design. Like any other things, mostly ignorance of use causes the discomfort :)

So funny! You both did a great job of laughing through adversity! Last month, I, along with my pregnant daughter, her husband, and her little dog, too all moved cross-country from Oregon to the East Coast, stopping in Yellowstone (where we woke up to snow and had buffalo come right up to our jeep, I know you would have loved that!) It was indeed an adventure, taking us a full week since we stayed an extra night in Montana and St. Louis to visit family. Some of the "motels" were definitely better than others, but I can only imagine trying to sleep in a ridiculously uncomfortable, tiny van like yours! I think you give us all something to smile about and I love the way you always make the best of any hardships on your travels! So thanks so much once again, bean family!

We love that you guys are taking rather sticky situations with a positive and funny way. Japan is a wonderful country and culture to explore! Btw, I think the reason why they have microwave is because a lot of the food items you can buy at the convenient stores can be heated. They actually have microwaves in the convenient store so you can heat your food that you bought there, Happy travels 🙂

Lol, love that you two get a laugh out of your "self inflicted" campervan life in Japan. Honestly it looked like a tiny two person pup-tent that we all "camped" in the back yard as kids, but once it was all closed in with the curtains it looked cramped but cozy . Thank you for your awesome funny but beautiful vistas videos. Y'all are truly intrepid travelers tackling swarm flies, mice, break downs and now pregnancy while traveling. I truly hope that you will continue traveling after the baby is born because you two have been an inspiration to those of us that have the "what if" fear of traveling. You have literally shown some of the not great side of being a traveler that few if any are willing to be honest about like the pooping in a bucket, rodent problems and having to fumigate the van because of the flies. By showing us the real side not the fun h pretty side you've given us all a true view of what it's really like. Thank you so much for the honest parts of traveling, good, bad and the ugly. Happy trails and safe travels y'all!

Very silly van! Certainly worth trying for the novelty at least haha. I traveled across New Zealand in a Hiace and it was awesome. Love minimal nose/front, the big windows, and it was a really powerful turbo deisel that had no trouble with all the mountains there. Next time you try vannin in Asia, shoot for one of those! I totally would have done this! LOL my husband's six three sometimes six four depending on who measures him and how tall he stands up but these are memories you'll never forget!! 💕 I know you know a little about van life but it does sound like an inverter/ converter is not on. If the TV doesn't work and the heater doesn't work there's an inverter you need to switch on for power.. I'm also wondering if that microwave isn't more like a toaster oven, that would make more sense. Microwaves need too much power even tiny ones for something that small. A couple other observations one is that shower head I think is really just the sink spicket however if you open the window behind it possibly you could use it outside? Although I like the usable table while you sleep idea I was thinking if you put those boards long ways again the space missing could be about that tablespace.. in other words the table would goes under the bedding.. maybe? It would cover the space there. I think a small inflatable bed underneath the mattress pads would make that a doable comfort level.. 💕 travel well my friends!! 👍❤️

What a cute, compact camper, perfect for one. Good to be able to laugh, as I did!

Hey Ohio Gizimus! You will never forget this trip! When you are both Old farts, you be looking back on life, laughing about being pregnant and staying in the tiny camper! It looks beautifully finished wood. But I can't imagine getting up frequently and running to the bathroom! God bless you! My wife and I traveled and stayed in Asaka for 2 weeks, stayed with american friends who were working there for a couple of years. Trip of a life time! So beautiful. I could not tell you where we went, but the people were so nice, and the country is beautiful. Everything was very expensive. Still great though! Thanks again for sharing this! God bless! AL & Diane from CT.

That was awesome! Funny stuff! You two know how to bring adventure and comedy to any situation. Looking forward to seeing more of Japan on your videos! And Emma, you look like a very happy mom - I love the little baby belly! Little Baby Bean is so lucky to have parents like you!

You two are just hilarious! I absolutely adore your humor! And...that campervan....hahaha! It looks like one of those tiny matchbox toy cars. For some reason Gulliver's Travels comes to mind. LOL! Good thing you all have this on video, because no ones gonna believe THIS adventure! I can't wait for the day when your little travel bean is all grown up and you tell him "When i was pregnant with you, your dad and I went to Japan and traveled in a matchbox campervan". When he says "Yeah right", you can pull out the old video footage and say "Oh yeah, you don't believe us, take a look at this!" This should make one hilarious story to tell, and you have the video to prove it. Good thing Emma isn't nine months pregnant or you two will have to carry a can opener to get both of you out! 😁

Another positive to add is no mice and no bugs. 🍁 Also, be thankful you don't travel with a large dog. Have fun, the van is only for sleeping, if the weather is nice most of your waking hours will be out and about.
