Not to sound supes cheesy but am I the only one who totally cherishes these videos? Like, as a girl who doesn't have close female friends this channel has always meant a lot to me because it's like the sister/bff vibe I've always wanted. Loryn has motivated me to get off my ass and get healthy. In the last few months, I’ve been eating healthy and walking. I’ve gone from a size 12 to a size 8 (almost fit into a 6) and I’ve lost 15lbs. I’m so proud of myself because I’m disabled and being sedentary over the past 10 years caused me to go from a 4 all the way up to a 16 (at my heaviest). In the last year or so, I’ve gone from 195 to, now, 150lbs. Loryn is my spirit animal and I hope I can have a body like hers by the end of this year.
