This is one case of out a hundred where the husband got some remedy from the court. Most courts in India would dismiss it, evidenced by the fact that these lawyers stated that they thought the judge would dismiss the case. If you still want to get married, God better be on your side, because the gynocentric system of India is definitely is not on yours, if you're a man. Understand that men do not have laws. Before marriage, pay a lawyer and have him explain the marriage laws to you, else you will be paying in other ways which you don't wanna pay for.

She could've very well lied to those men that she was single or any of the many lies that women come up with to get their way. Women aren't saints. They are just as evil if not more evil than men. They are human like us. They are not Gods. Punishing the bfs is a stupid judgement. The boyfriends might've thought that they were the only one, only to be played by the cheating wife. Polygamy & adultery are two different things.. Polygamy is allowed in customs & before the coding of HMA1955 polygamy was allowed. Adultery is different than polygamy, a polygamous relationship might also have adultery problem.
