I honestly think that the "best worst choices" run from viewer perspective would be to rule that boons have to always be taken and then choose the worst boon / hammer out of them. Otherwise the run would just devolve into "anything *not* boons is always the worst option, thus should be picked."

I'd suggest in a future run taking boons as a priority and letting chat decide which one and that you have to buy everything from a shop or well.

I actually love boon boon boon bc I've had some wild luck with it lol. Found out yesterday it counts chaos challenges as a previous night and got an epic dodge! But it can be a dud for sure

I feel that Dark Side should at least apply your attack and special boons to the "dark" attack and special. Anything to have it deal more damage really xD

I really want to know what they were cooking with Dark Side. It just lowers your damage, makes you invulnerable and really just achieves nothing. They would have to like, quadruple the numbers or something to make it even worthwhile to use in it's current state.

honestly.... dark side kinda sick with the Bell just another piece of tech for when I do an Aspect of Persephone/Demeter Infusion boon bell run

Wow I did not think of that. If you can luck into Demeter’s Infusion the Bell can actually be a decent keepsake. Still not great but not bad either.

@@wildstorm3486 yeah my thought was that aspect of Persephone has safety be ause it's immune during the O-Spec. And then you can focus Dem and Pos to get the water necessary for Dem's infusion.

Also Scarlett dress and Dark SIde is a real combo. Since you can use Cast during Dark Side and get it more powerful at that, while keeping your flimsy +100% dmg bonus dress intact.

What do elements do though? I've watched q couple of hades 2 videos but never understood it's purpose. There are some boons that give stats like dodge based on ur element but is that all ?

There are Infusion boons, each god has 1 they can offer. Infusions benefit from elements, like the dodge one you mentioned. Elements do not do anything outside of these infusions (yet at least). hades.fandom.com/wiki/Infusion

It's not that Medea is the worst aspect, it seemed the most dangerous given the situation (but that is still debatable). I have many videos using the aspect well.

@@brofst idk I’m just used to using it as a beowulf style thing but I guess if you can’t get good boons on attack and special (because of the bad choice thing) then that doesn’t work? By this I mean attack first then special (omega or normal) to trigger the effect of the aspect. Maybe I worded it wrong, I don’t mean he’s using it ‘wrong’ as such, but more so he seems not to be using the aspect’s features all that much
