Hi xifu! Luv ur dishes ! Do we put corn starch into raw chopped pork belly then wash off with hot water to get rid of porky smell?

I do not. You can use this method ... I think it should work. If you want to have no porky smell, then add ginger and peppercorn to this recipe.

Thank you chef! Really like your style as you cooked all these dishes so effortlessly and easy. Can you teach how to cook chinese style fried pork chop and sweet sour pork? I always have prob with the batter not sticking to the meat or the batter too thick and not crispy

I can show you how to make a pork chop, but no batter. It's a cantonese version and you don't have to worry about the batter not sticking :). Will put this on my list
