Can You Drink LaCroix, Bubly, or Other Seltzer Water While Fasting? [Simple Answer + Pros/Cons]

👍👍👍 good vid. Currently on my second prolonged fast. One this year one last. Also do intermittent fasting 3-4 times per week. I find (perrier) helps tame hunger feelings. Ingredients are just mineral water and carbon dioxide. Fasting has helped me lose over 40lbs and reverse pre-diabetes. Thanks for the vid

Thank you for the no nonsense answer. I just got my soda stream today and was curious about how it would affect a fast. I’ll need to experiment to see how my body reacts during a fast, but I’ll definitely be replacing coke with sparkling water on my non-fasting days.
