My hair used to be thicker when i was younger and now its really thin and I've never dyed it. Every where else grows thick hair except my head. It really is frustrating. I think ill try exfoliating my scalp from now on. Also i love what you did with the hoodie. Would love to see how you re made it.

Chenelle, I would also go to your doctor to see if hormone levels are okay as well as checking for nutrient deficiencies. Co Q10 might help, as well as biotin. Vitamin D. krill or flax oil and aloe might also help keep balance. It can also make a difference which shampoo, conditioner and brush you use, and how often you wash your hair. This channel has many great videos that tackle a lot of this stuff.

I have the exact same issue, later on I discovered I had POCS. There's this 'male' hormone (idk what's called) that when overproduced in a female body can cause hair to fall and get thinner and body hair to become more, darker and thicker, so please go check your hormone levels!

I love this video it was to the point. Genetics plays a big part in our bodies and you can’t change genetics period, but there are many youtubers making videos to make hair thicker with a fake miracle treatment that supposedly works. The best advice would have to be is take care of yourself on the inside to get the results you want on the outside ☺️☺️

My hair fell out in clumps going through the first stages of puberty and grew back wavy/curly after about a year. I had bald spots, it was that bad. Luckily my doctor put my mind at ease and said it was hormones. Your follicles at birth are what you get for the rest of your life, you can't "create" more follicles. I have fine hair but a lot of it and also a lot of length (fingertip length). First thing is always to check with your doctor if it is abnormal shedding to get some basic level bloodwork done. Some shedding is normal (up to 100 hairs a day). I have home-cut layers (ponytail on the top of the head method from the book, "Haircutting for dummies"). It gives me layers from waist up to fingertip. It does something about the weight of the hair. My hair is pretty darn thick overall.

After I used the Innate life rose elixer, I really think it made my hair more thick. I have super dry, thin, damaged, blonde hair and after using the rose elixer and hair mask, I saw a difference! I trimmed my split ends and used these products twice a week until they were gone. Now, my hair is shinier, thicker, and doesn't look so dry and frizzy. I really recommend people with thin, dry, damaged hair try this product.

I made my hair thicker by vitamins herbs and oiling and no heatvand no chemicals. I have been doing this for over 3 years now and I have half as much more hair than i ever had. I was not born with a lot of hair but it was always soft and healthy. So yes you can achieve healthier and thicker hair but with patience and consistency.

@@jaelmedaius4450 i take hair vitamins, on top of those I take that popular supplement called Kerotin, i also take other ayurvedic supplements for hair. I buy them from amazon or ebay. Now once you establish inner health you need to also do weekly maintanence oiling of your hair using indian hair oiling techniques. Personally i make my own concoctions. Always always start from the inside and get rid of all chemicals you use on your body and hair. Anything ayurvedic is good for starters. Silicones, parabens, pegs, SLS, stay away from. If you use a protein mask or treatment and your hair feels hard/crunchy/dry afterwards then you have protein sensitive hair. The effect is temporary relatively (in my experience at least) just use a moisture rich treatment from then on to regain softness.

Hey I have a question. I have been binge-watching your channel and I really find it helpful. ♥So in some of your videos you have mentioned that for hair growth it's good if we do not wash our hair very often. So is it okay if we use water on hair everyday to wash it and not shampoo, like shampoo my hair only once or twice a week and on the other days just wash my hair with plain water? Or does this make hair dry as well? Asking because I live in a tropical country where my hairline tends to get really sweaty and greasy (due to humid weather!) and that causes hair fall too. Please reply because I really need to know. 😬
