The Heckler has actually become my favorite ball in my bag over the last few weeks. I have a book avg of 221. Over 30+ games with that ball I am avg 242 and got a 300 with it in league on only the 5th day of having it. But…. I am a no thumb bowler so the ball fits us better than the guys who use a thumb. As long as your pso drills it in one of the 3 zones made for no thumb. I drilled a few of them in different layouts to see how it reacted. We found that the middle zone drilled at 55/6.5/40 is the sweet spot for the ball. It makes it super controllable. I think I shot 5 different reviews on the ball already. One of them was striking from 10 all the way across out to 47 lol. The ball is a BEAST for 2 handers and no thumb bowlers.

My favorite ball out the bag is the Black Widow 3.0. I want the DV8 Heckler to convert to 2 handed style bowling. If you follow the drilling instructions on their website; you can drill the ball to be angular, continous, or benchmark. I can't wait to try it out.

That is exactly right. Reviews like mine and X in the Pit where you see no thumb guys throwing it vs traditional style, you see a HUGE difference in the way that we have drilled them and how strong the ball is by not messing with the core by drilling the thumb. We spent 3 hours in Denver with Brunswick a few weeks ago learning about this ball and how to drill this ball.

Hammer effect 50x5x30. That hk22 C matches up with my game so well. I love the response I get with that ball. I am able to play alot of different angles with it.. The ebonite raid was my favorite ball of all time until the Hammer Effect.

My Favorite Rock Right now is RADICAL MAX BIAS. With a short pin layout.

I threw the Storm Ion Pro at a ball demo; I love the ball. I don't have one, but Storm can send me a 15 lb. model if they wish. I have too many balls right now, but if you only want to carry one ball, you can't do better thn the Storm Ion Pro. It did not require absolutely consistent roll or speed in order to maintain its motion and carry through the pins. It would recover from outside, or hold inside and still carry, provided your feet are in the right place, of course. It would turn the corner from a steep launch angle and still carry, it would respond very nicely to the "old man" 45 degree suitcase release with a straight arm swing straight up between the 1st and 2nd arrow. I also want to give kudos to the Summit Ascent, which is a fantastic bowling ball; I would get that and the Ion Pro, and call it a day. If you're not already in the CtD Regional Staff, sign up right away. You will then get to view the educational videos about ball surface care and ball motion, as well as the "how-to" videos, which are tremendously valuable. And you can buy the Regional Staff jerseys, some of which are way cool. The "color blast" jersey is my favorite, and is much more vivid in real life than on the website. You're going to order all your ball surface care products from CtD anyway, why not get the discount?

Just had an Ebonite Real Time drilled up last Thursday and immediately threw a 780 series. Great house shot ball.

i've only got 3 balls at the moment, but the favorite out of them is the stealth hybrid which i have at 2k, gunna knock it down to 1500 or maybe even 1k

Favorite is Purple Hammer. Always looks best on sport shots I bowl. Just got a black hammer and it is stronger than my purple as it has more surface on it and I keep the purple lane shined
