I’m having issues getting the second nano 3 to connect, will the one app handle more than one miner if I have them on different pools?

Yes it will. I have 3 nano 3's on one app. 2 are mining BTC, 1 is mining BCH. You could try putting one on a different wifi network if available. I have one of the nano 3 on a different network. They all 3 will show in app, but if i am logged into my primary 2.4ghz network, I can only connect to 2 of the devices (other shows offline). And if i move my phone to the other 2.4ghz wifi network, i can then connect to the other devices in the app and the other 2 show offline. (I did this because the 1 is in a different location from the other 2 and closer to the other 2.4ghz router)

Thanks for the video, super helpful, but... I don't understand your comment about running the machine upright as opposed to on it's feet (flat)? If you were to set it on its side on a long edge upright wouldn't that block the vents and hinder the cooling features?

Sorry, perhaps I was unclear. I was speaking about the power supply. Stand it up on it's side to allow better cooling ;)

Nice video!! I bought 3 of these about a year ago. One conked out after about 7 months, another just conked out today and my last one's fan is making funny noises...like a laptop's fan that is off-kilter. I think I'll wait until I get an email that their next model is out until I splurge for replacements, because they sure are maintenance-free once you get them up and running. BTW...I was solo-mining BCH, rather than joining a BTC pool, but didn't have any luck. I didn't expect to for a year or so from what the online calculators predicted, so oh well.

Curious...were u running them on high full power mode? Seems like everyone who has had one die has ran it on full power mode. I've ran all of mine on medium and have been tanks. The one that I cranked up on this video has already had a loud fan though.. guessing it is just a lemon fan.

Yes dude you can I live in the UK, the input voltage is 110-240 ac. I’ve got ten of these all solo mining BCH, oh and you can take the back panel off too.

Thank you I enjoyed another video of yours. I do have the Avalon miner every 30 days my goes out of whack. Does your do the same thing I have to reset it and then reactivate it every 30 days give or take a few days

ive only had to reboot 1 of them 1 time. the others have just ran untouched. Do you run it on high? just curious. Ive had a number of people tell me that they have had issues running on high. I really think the internals get too heated on these. They are working on a next model and i think that will all be addressed.

Smart play. I have just one of the nano 3 on bch, the others on btc. I wish they had these as dual so you could direct plug ethernet or wifi. Better connection= better latency = better chances, but still long shots

Glad to help. Those lower cap coins have way higher shot at hitting blocks. Of course way lower payouts

You can Pool (mine with others/split rewards) or solo (you mining to solve a block) mine on these. However you cant mine multiple coins at once like you can with Script/merge mining (doge + LTC + Bells). mine on

If you are solo mining as I am, then the only way to get BTC from these is to hit a block. Chances of hitting are very low. You can of course pool mine for BTC and get pennies per day.
