Canada has a very high cost of living. In Toronto or Vancouver,$1800/month rent for an average apartment, houses are at least $750,000 in a decent area. Cellphone and internet rates are among highest in world. Groceries and alcohol are expensive compared to US and UK. Extreme cold weather 5 months a year even in southern cities like Toronto. Spotty transit service compared to European and Asian cities. Much of the country is undeveloped because of extreme weather. Most Canadians live within 60 miles of the USA border. Advantages of Canada : it is reasonably rich and technologically advanced. Free and democratic although not like the USA. Lots of open space outside large cities. And very quiet , peaceful but uneventful country.

Ok so you can comparing Toronto just like we have Mumbai in India .. there alot of other provinces like Calgary where rent is not that high
@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines Жыл бұрын
Yes but at the same time income is not high too. Also, you can't compare based on whole Canada this is based on an average assumptions and calculations. What you are saying is not wrong, but very few people prefer to go and live in other provinces.

😏 PROS of canda : PR is easy CONS: extreme cold Weather, Very expensive, Not many jobs, Waiting for big surgery about a month, Not many cultural ( you can see only indians, Chinese, and least number of other countries people), NOT TOO MANY PLACES TO ENJOY , DIGGING SNOWS ON THE ROAD. ETC... Compared with UK PR is hard but the pros of studying or immigration to the UK is far more better than canda. Many indians are fall for this Canadian dream because of many people do. They don't deap search about the pros and cons. They simply follow the people like sheep's.

True most Indians have habit of blind following, 1 guy from pind goes to Canada, all his friends think his life is set and follow him not realizing how miserable he is living here like a labour, and they also come and then cry on their decision, they don't realize the biggest scam is loan cars on loan that they pay for 10 years home on loan that they pay till they are dead both husband and wife have to grind here to survive

Things you will get in Canada. 🇨🇦 🍁 🇨🇦 🍁 🇨🇦 1. No need to pay for School for kids until high school. 2. Health is free. No hospital bills. 3. If you loose job you can get employment insurance from government to live with basic needs until you find next job. 4. No corruption, no need to pay for anything to get job done from your government. 5. Senior benefits from government. 6. Government will pay for kids day care. 7. You can buy a decent independent house in Prairie provinces. 8. Good community awareness and social responsibility, dignity of labour in all aspects. 9. Employment Standards will make sure you are paid as per Standards with minimum wage starting from $14 to 15.00 an hour, depending on provinces. 10. Government runs excellent social welfare programs. 11. Beautiful landscape if you like long winters and outdoor activities. Summer will be like heaven next door. 12. Freedom to wear anything you want and live the way you want. Less discrimination compared to UK and USA. 13. Gun laws are strict. 14. People live a Health life style. 15. No one cares how rich you are. 16. No religious discrimination. 17. Opportunity for every individual including minorities. 18. Free lawyer incase if you can't effort legal system. 19. Planning to move to Canada. Saw alot of videos regarding this and didnt got answer to my question yet. The question is "what if I am not a student and am planning to move for a job purpose".. How hard is it to find a job and once found a job how do people at your workplace treat you..
@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines 3 жыл бұрын
The problem with this is, that you don't get work permit directly, you have to have a job offer or if your existing company is sending you to Canada to work or any project. Direct work permit I believe, Canada doesn't do anymore. Study permit, PR or PNP is the option. To answer your other question, it's not very hard to find a Job but of course, if you want like an office job or a corporate job, it might take some time but to find a job, it won't be that hard. People at the work place are also from different countries and they respect yours too, plus there will always be 1 idiot in 1000 people and you can't really get bothered, just keep your focus, be motivated and move with your career.

Hi, I am a working professional in India and my ctc is close to 20lpa with 3 years of experience. I have a one year experience in banking domain. Currently i am working with HSBC. Do you think appling for canada pr will be good for me? I know i will not get the high paying job in canada in the beginning stage.
@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines 2 жыл бұрын
See! First check your points , if you have enough points for PR then you can try. If you don't have enough points then try study visa. Also, initially it will be difficult for sure but eventually things will be fine. As long as you want to live in Canada then you will do everything to be here

Being very frank, everyone has their reasons to move here and if you have yours then go for it but for a Government officer, you will have to leave your job and you might have some struggle here initially but if you want to move here and looking for a long term career then do give a second thought.

Great vedio presentation..i appretiate. Well as you asked for any question, thus here i have - Under express entry, the CEC draw EOI selection list and the FSWP draw EOI selection list are the same or different?
@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines 3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for liking the video. Well! Your question is interesting and as per my knowledge both are different because CEC is Canadian experience class and when you calculate your points you get more Points for CEC rather than FSW which is Foreign Skill trade which you apply on the basis of your Foreign work experience. Hope that answers your question!

No NOC code could be same for a job here or back home but you get additional points when the experience is in Canada. Also, CEC cut off is different than FSW.

@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines 2 жыл бұрын
Well! Based on my understanding, Indian degrees won't count here to practice. You will need to study here again I believe. Usually if the degree is evaluated then you might have to go for Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE) and if I am not wrong it has 2 parts. Still check with some immigration lawyer or renowned consultants.

Very good video, very informative! One question: did you go to Canada via a consultancy or did you do it all by yourself? Is a consultancy even needed?
@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines 2 жыл бұрын
Being very frank I did take help from a Consultant but I've got the one who doesn't charge anything to Students. They guide you with the whole process, I did everything but they have guided me. When they get you the admission, they get commission from the college, so they don't charge. There are some who charge some nominal amount to process the application, there are many who charge a lot of money for study visa, don't go to them.

@SarthakVines
@SarthakVines 3 жыл бұрын
Prepare for IELTS and if you are planning for Study Visa then you would have to do Academics IELTS. Intakes I believe it's January, May, & Sep. Rest you have to check with the college or University you are applying to. For PR you would have to have your CRS points and if not then you study here then work then apply for PR.

2 things one join Facebook community, related to your college, or religion or country etc. And post your questions or queries, someone will surely help or guide. Second, ask your Consultant to provide references of their previous students who are Canada then connect with them. You can even reach out to your college or there are consultancies for new immigrants in Canada for free to help and guide.

Thank you for your kind words. Well! Of course based on my experience, yes all the jobs are being treated equally and even if someone comment you on your job then just ignore, as people here beleive that as long as you are happy with what you are doing be it. Now, regarding changing your profile, you can definately try to apply and once you get the job, they will train you on that and if you can learn, and willing to perform, then why not. Good luck 👍🏻😊
