It totally depends what kind of life you like. $21k per month is a huge money to live a lavish life here. 5 lakh per month in India also very good. Now, you decide if you want to be around with your friends and relative or you want to settle abroad. In India you know a lot of stuff and lot of people knows you but after coming here, you would have to learn new things too.

I am not saying that India is not good, India is the best and you will miss India even after moving to Canada but everyone has their needs and wants and what they like to get in their life. If you see yourself settling abroad and your are fine to do all the stuff on your own which means cleaning, driving, washing because it's very difficult to hire mates here and hard to afford even if you get one. That's one thing which you might miss you if you have mates and servants for you back home.

To answer your question, best is to work full time and make as much money as you could because in that break you are allowed to work full time, so make money and if you do hard work then you can save a lot of money. Apke saare questions PTE pe hi the.. jaisa ki maine bataya colleges accept krlete hai but Immigration office kare na kre iski koi guarantee nai hai. Islye best ki aap IELTS ki kare.
