Bro... olive oil has very low smoking point and hence not adviable to use it for deep-fry purposes. Extra virgin olive oil is best for raw use.... Good luck .

Like I said, we use toast for breakfast. Then we usually take a grab and go sandwich 🥪 to work. So 3 loaf bread is not quite enough. Oil, I don't know if we mentioned, but we use it as hair oil as well. Just like kerala style. Then onion, one pack is only 1.5 kilos or around. Onion is the go to for all our curries. For gravy, for omlette, etc ... so basically this is what we use normally.

For frying use Coconut/avacado oil or even ghee is fine, olive oil is good as a salad dressing
