The Police did not react to the Bystanders Alarm. 130 yards away, there was no Guard Detail on the shooters roof. The reaktion time of the Police was delayed by more than 2 minutes. The Bodyguards where too small. The shooter took part in a Blackrock Commercial in 2022 (Jimmy Dore footage) Blackrock has a huge financial stake in the Ukraine. Blackrock works together with all American and NATO Intel Services.
