I, a German, do sleep naked. I can't stand to be strangled by a pyjama every time I turn around in bed. Or to have rolled fabric under my back.

For me, sleeping naked just feels natural. I have a warm 18 degrees Celsius in my bedroom and lying down hugging just feels natural. And it is natural, god didn’t design cloths, we the humans did. We have our skin (and some also hair) and that is really just enough. I even sleep on the ground sometimes, I am just like a super smooth shaved hairless caveman, and I love it. My biggest respect to those who wear Pyjamas or even use a blanket.

Hi! Funny: Your "Moin" sounds so REAL german (in Hamburg style or nordish style)! 👍 ...And when you get up in the morning it`s totaly cold in the bedroom? Wow! I would die!!! I don`t sleep naked. I don`t like it! Sleeping naked feels like sleeping without a blanket. There is simply something missing on the skin that is protective....No, not too much information! 😅😆

Sry aber ich sage jetzt mal was ich denke, und dass meine ich nicht böse oder so. Im “Hamburger Style” das gibt es schonmal gar nicht, Hamburg ist nicht besser als der Rest von Norddeutschland und deshalb sollte es meiner Meinung nach auch nur Nordish style heißen und das ganze nicht separieren als wenn Hamburg besser wäre als der Rest. Nochmals Entschuldigung, das war wirklich nicht böse gemeint, ich muss nur einfach sagen was ich denke. Wenn ich dich in irgendeiner Weise beleidigt oder verletzt haben sollte, dann sage dies bitte denn dass ist wirklich nicht meine Absicht.

I think, 6:30 a.m. is late for a German to wake up. For me it was 6a. m. and about 1hour to work, with the underground and walking🤐

I'm German and I sleep naked. (Not always) It's extremely comfortable. And every time I do it after sleeping a long time with joggingpants and T-shirt, I realize how much better it is :D In Winter the clothes are on mostly :D

In summer I sleep naked, in winter I just wear sleeping pants. And I belong to the 74% who change their underwear every day! I think it is insanitary to put on underwear from the day before. 😮

I used to sleep in my underwear, but during one really hot summer I started sleeping naked, and I am so used to it now that any kind of clothing in bed feels uncomfortable.😅I don't know how I was able to sleep in pyjamas as a kid.😂

The original video should be much louder. If i want to understand it on my device i have to hear it on a very high volume, which makes you very loud. And when you are shouting "terrible" in your microphone it really hurts.

Studdies proof thst fresher cooler air is better for sleep Sobit had sonething to donwith air quality the warmer and drier the air the more ur nose wil swell get dry and ur rhroat also will get dry wich couses disconfort and makes ur rest kess eficcient My fiance *an americsn btw* sleeps naked 😅 yes even in winter And i sleep naked if its to hot wich rarely hsppens in germany but it csn hsppen if night temprstures stay at 20c or higher we tslk about an tropical night
