The vehicle in the picture is the Holt tractor, the first vehicle to use catepillar tracks, and was used as the basis for the first tank, which looked very different, and was fully enclosed in metal plate. Even earlier than the sewer system, Britain had developed the flushing toilet.

The first proper tank is called simply "The Mark I " from WW1. Odd it didnt show it. There was a "female" tank which had machine guns and a "male" tank which had a big 6 pounder cannon

Wikipedia: The word "cement" can be traced back to the Ancient Roman term opus caementicium, used to describe masonry resembling modern concrete that was made from crushed rock with burnt lime as binder. Cements used in construction are usually inorganic, often lime or calcium silicate based, which can be characterized as hydraulic or the less common non-hydraulic, depending on the ability of the cement to set in the presence of water (see hydraulic and non-hydraulic lime plaster). Hydraulic cements (e.g., Portland cement) set and become adhesive through a chemical reaction between the dry ingredients and water. The chemical reaction results in mineral hydrates that are not very water-soluble. This allows setting in wet conditions or under water and further protects the hardened material from chemical attack. The chemical process for hydraulic cement was found by ancient Romans who used volcanic ash (pozzolana) with added lime (calcium oxide). Non-hydraulic cement (less common) does not set in wet conditions or under water. Rather, it sets as it dries and reacts with carbon dioxide in the air. It is resistant to attack by chemicals after setting.

The Thames is the river which runs through central London. It's pronounced Tems. You might enjoy this YT vid - 'Did the British invent and discover almost everything? Not quite' by Reef Rebels

*'Temz is a better description since Americans (& maybe also Canadians?) pronounce their s's with the sibilant - (like a snake's 'hiss') sound where as we pronounce our s's like z's as in houses - as howzez.

Lots of other great inventions too including, using the 1st computer. Unfortunately everyone just assumes that America invented everything. They just took a lot of our inventions and made money from them.
