Another quick health update as I get loads of questions from you lovely lot!! I am cancer free (still), but managed to break my leg. So this is just a little recount of the silly mistake that resulted in my full leg cast!

Three years!!! Wonderful. Your channel was one of the first I watched when I was diagnosed last February. You’re one of my heroes! Good luck as you recover that knee!

Hi, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will stay cancer free. Amen. I would also like to share the following six videos with you about salvation and two videos about evolution: Evolution vs. God kzbin.info/www/bejne/q5TCiGyMqd99ZqM DESTROYING Evolution In Under 3 Minutes kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYjIlIOtp7apaMU Watch the Holy Spirit Work in Her Heart (Very Moving) kzbin.info/www/bejne/n3OooHxoqpuef6s Fearing The Lord, God’s Discipline & Sharing The Gospel kzbin.info/www/bejne/mna2ZoqNa5uAqNE A Clear Gospel Presentation by Pastor Steven Anderson - How to go to Heaven kzbin.info/www/bejne/f4moloCNeN2sqLM The Plan of Salvation kzbin.info/www/bejne/hp7OmYWDhdunlZI How to Get Saved kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5u6lZ6rq9eHbNU The Truth About Hell (Selected Scriptures) kzbin.info/www/bejne/d4fdk5uVmbGkadU Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. Get well soon beautiful. Have lots of Vit C. Heals your wound so much faster. I had both knees replaced last year and my physio was impressed with my healing. Xxx

Was all grumpy and comparing my hair regrowth after chemo to your video from back when you were 6 months post chemo!! ( bad memories sorry) And saw this! That’s such bad luck... a busted knee what a nightmare. And in a pandemic! It was 2 months ago now ? so I really hope you are well on the mend and hobbling about ok xx

Off crutches now, rehabbing my knee. Physio reckons a 9 month recovery as I damaged all the ligaments as well.

Your video really helped me going through chemo. I was diagnosed with tnbc June 2020. I just finished chemo 2/1/21. Next month will be my first follow up appointment with my oncologist. I’m so nervous with anxiety and idk why :( .
@gettingwiggywithit35003 жыл бұрын
Don’t worry I still get nervous 3 years on. I think it’s a memory reflex of that first appointment when you received your diagnosis and fear of it happening again. Good luck with your appointment xx

You need a hysterectomy. ASAP. In the states it is recommended and family member at 36 had double mastectomy and hysterectomy. She has same mutation as you. The docs said 90% chance ovarian cancer. Demand one. Take charge and be well.

So pleased you posted this update. You're videos always make me feel better about my own TN diagnosis, so thank you for sharing your story. You have such a good outlook on things. Will you have your ovaries removed at any point? I hope your leg heals up best it can xx

If I’m honest I’m not entirely sure. I think I might wait until my body starts menopause and then have them out. I’m monitored so well, and there’s no familial instances of OC (unlike BC) that I’m in no rush to have them out. X good luck with your treatment/survivorship xxx

Thank you so much - my mums about to start chemotherapy for TNBC in 2 days, your strength and positivity is an amazing support. We are awaiting genetic tests, so neoadjuvant treatment too. It’s a very scary time, I wish I could do it for her. Thank you - and I hope your knee gets well soon! Do you think it’s a side effect of the treatment? You can be more susceptible to osteopenia and osteoporosis which I am worried about for my mum who’s postmenopausal
@gettingwiggywithit35003 жыл бұрын
It was mentioned by the surgeon, however he also said this is a common injury, and they can never really say if it contributed. Best of luck to your momma - I found it harder watching my momma go through chemo than going through it myself. Make sure you have a good support network - talk to your friends a lot. Failing that - get a good therapist xx

@@gettingwiggywithit3500 hi! I hope you are doing well? It’s been 6 months and I wanted to tell you, my mum got the all clear! She’s very well, her hair is growing back, she’s dabbling with work again and enjoying the easing of lockdown. I am so unbelievably happy and relieved! Thank you so so so much for your videos, this was such a brilliant help. And I’m a scientist working in healthcare! Nothing beats personal experience, and you did it with such strength, inspiration and honesty. Thank you, for someone like my mum who doesn’t reach out to people, your videos were non-scary and supportive. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Xxxx
