So from a med student here, the three most important things to check: 1. Dont smoke. This is without a doubt the largest impact you can make. Some other drugs are of cause also problematic (alcohol) 2. Dont be overweight. Obesity is a big problem for your body. The different food tips etc are on its own not necessarily wrong, but for most people its already more important to at least not be fat. 3. Take care of your environment. Working conditions can expose you to a multitude of carcinogenics. Sawing dust for example, or working with certain chemicals.

Dr I have a inflammation in my body I don’t suffer from any arthritis or rheumatoid problem but I have inflammation in my eyes which is keratitis but my consultant is still thinks I have inflammation in my body but my blood test are all normal I live in Uk at the end they came to a conclusion that I suffered from rosacea it could be that which give me dry eyes and because of that I got inflamed eyes my eyes get dry I am on eye drops for that is there anything you could help me with my inflammation problem thanks 🙏

I am also suffering with this for last 15 years. I took steroids for 2 years then gradually stopped. Dr said better to be uncomfortable then taking steroids for long because it can't be cured. My slavery glands not working at all. Teeth spoilt due to that. Now implant. Cant eat so weight loss. Try to sip water at regular time, use 1 tsp coconut . It moist for longer time also I use es night biotene dry mouth gel. I got from abroad , don't know if here we get. U can keep sugerfree chewing gum. It helps. Try to be relaxed . Tension worsen your situation. No cure only management.
