I am binge watching this from the first one. My thought is how this is so important for young women that are new in the Word or even ones raised in church that have not been under solid teaching. I am 65 and a Christian for a long time but learned much. Thank you and very excited for the journey we will all be on together. Blessings!

Wonderful teaching Oh my goodness I am 73. I’ve been a child of God for many many years as a mother grandmother, great grandmother woman of God, a teacher a leader I love the beautiful analogy of a three and one, especially the part where she said in genesis “let us “meaning together all three of them. Wow I just love it. Candace, you’re a beautiful role model of a woman of God in this world that we live in and I love all your guests that you have be blessed. Always hugs.❤❤

I really love this podcast and thank you to you both for helping me along my journey in discovering God. I’m 34, and feel like this is the thing I’ve been looking for. I love these chats. I find so much comfort in them, especially in this upside down world. I’m moving onto episode 3. And just wanted to comment and say thank you before diving in. I’m going along fairly slowly so that I can digest and journal after the podcast. I really love it, thank you so much. ❤

Regarding what Candace said regarding GAF and traditional marriage: this is what I posted on Facebook. No one should be bullied about their beliefs. While Jesus wants us to love one another that does not mean approve or promote things that he teaches are a sin. Just because "everyone is jumping on the band wagon does not change what God teaches in his Holy Word.

I definitely haven't had a loving, earthly father or mother. That has been my biggest struggle... believing God loves me....when those he entrusted me to, don't.

This was relevant for me as I did not have a close connection to my father and didn’t feel accepted or loved and I though I have been Christian awhile, go to church, try to learn as much about God the Father as I can, I still struggle to feel a personal relationship with Christ the way some people describe theirs. I want so desperately to not just know that God loves me but truly believe and or feel it.

Up until going through Bible Recap with TLC; I’m on my third time. I thought God of the Old Testament was a mean God. Being brought up in the church I was aware of the Trinity…I started seeing GOD as compassionate, loving and kind-thanks TLC. I never thought of Jesus and God the father having the same attributes 💡duh! 😊

Candace and Taralee I am so stick in these postcards right now..... listening to both of you, I'm addicted to listening because I lost my dad in 2019 and so finding this fatherly love in someone is hard. I know I have love in lots of fatherly figures, but to find it in the one & only is so hard when you feel like something is missing. 🤣😭❤️

I'm binging too! And lost count of reminds and pauses... my notes... 🤯 I totally related to Candace. Glad she's so really with what she never thought of. Same! My mind is blown over the Trinity and thinking that they are ALL ONE, which i knew, but didn't study. I know it in my soul so why question it. But a part of this episode made me think of marriage, we become one! 🤯🙌✝️ how y'all aren't 😭😭😭 I couldn't do a video podcast... then the analogy of going on a date with EVERYTHING planned to the last detail... I lost it 😭😭😭😭😭🤯. This is the kind of Kindergarten type impact moments i need in my life! TY!

Thank you so much for claifying about God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit!! I had marked the exact verse in my Bible where God says, "Let us make man in OUR image." I had it underlined cuz I could not understand who "us" were. Thank you for clarifying that and helping me to understand how all 3 existed and worked together at the time of creation. I had even checked other Bibles to see if that verse said "us" cuz I just could not figure out who "us" was referring to! Thank you Candace and Tara Leigh!!

Okay questions... Don't you think of God as Holy Spirit? God is Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is God. God is the name for the Holy Spirit. God, the Holy Spirit is our Spiritual Father. Our Spiritual Father is God and is Holy Spirit. What and who is God alone? God has to be something. Anybody can make something a God. The word God is just a name for something. God, the Father and Holy Spirit are one and the same, and that is who we are to Worship. Jesus Christ is God's son in the flesh. I don’t recall either one of you mentioning or discussing how Jesus Christ is the son, so not sure what you believe about that. What is your explanation for Jesus Christ being the son, and God being the Father? How is Jesus Christ the son AND the Father? How is God the Father AND the son? It doesn't make sense. Even Jesus Christ himself said to not worship him but to worship his Father. They can't be the same person if that's the case. Jesus Christ is the Word and the Word is Jesus Christ because God set it up in His foreknowledge to have a son, His only begotten son, to be born of Mary, a human, so that His son can fulfill the promise that we will be redeemed and given salvation for our sins if we confess our sins and believe in Jesus Christ, that he was raised from the dead, resurrected, by the power of God the Father's Holy Spirit, and that he ascended into the heavens and is seated on the righthand of our Heavenly Father. When we believe that Jesus Christ is our Savior and make him our Lord in our lives, then we are saved, born again, and we then have God's spirit that is in Jesus Christ, within us. The word trinity is not mentioned even one time in the Bible. Are you able to explain that? Love you Candace, as my sister in Christ. I was born in '72 and grew up watching you and your brother. Absolutely love Hallmark movies and love your acting in the ones you were in. I respect you and your morals and admire you so much. Would love to meet you someday and chat about life and God.

My wife asked me to listen to these to see if she should be watching them and I am going to advise against it. Tara is very misleading in the scripture and what it actually says. Colossians 1 does NOT state that Jesus created the earth and if you also read genesis 1:27 where it is the same male noun for our image as his own image. As well as Jesus never did miracles himself he always prayed to the father for them to be done as well a son is a creation. Angels were also created by GOD prior to GOD creating the earth so to say that his first creation was the earth is blatently false WAY too many falsehoods in this for me to advise listening to it. People need discernment and to actually look at older texts not those translated to what modern times see it as meaning. The root texts and meanings are key
