I have a photo of me sitting on Santas Lap taken in a major Sydney department store in 1948 when I was about 4 years old. All my life I thought nothing of it until I posted it recently on Facebook. People were horrified at the photo. We really were so innocent and naive in those days.

I love watching these candid camera videos, it tells allot about human behavior. One thing I saw in this one is how easily you can get children to like and trust you! I wonder if any of them would have kept the “secret” had it not been recorded. Scary to think how easy it is for people with bad motives to get the little ones to do what they want! God help the children

The little boy, Gary is a distant cousin of mine who I met a few times around this time. As a child he was very funny. When he was told that that wasn't really Santa Claus and that he was going to be on TV he got angry because it wasn't the real Santa.
