I was married twice, four children between the two. I got divorce from my 2nd wife 30 years ago. I'm 65 now. I took myself out of consideration. I was concerned because she still struggles paying bills , even though my sister helps her. I came back here to say this; Ive dated a girl, just like this. 38, no kids, working retail or fast food, with no future. Half black, half white parents, yet she chose the hard path after she recovered from her cancer early in life. Was given every opportunity to succeed, yet she chose to ride the bus and work dead end jobs. Fast forward, after 8 months she finally decides she wants to end things. She had no car, no liscence, no apartment, tv, laptop, phone, even fridge. I GAVE HER a new phone, computer, tv, game consoles, helped her get internet, helped her get her licence, and got her into a nice apartment with a low rent fee. She threw ALL OF THAT away by throwing a tempur tantrum over a car. The deal was, i would help her find a car, but that it wouldnt be new. It would be used. This wasnt good enough for her. She got the free $1200 stim check, and her taxes back, and told me to hold onto $1,000 of it so she wouldnt blow it on dumb shit. So i did. And when it came to trying to find herself a car, she decided to throw the biggest temper tantrum ive ever seen by an adult, because i wouldn't give her the money to put as a down payment on a brand new car, explaining that it was my part to hold onto it until she was ready, as per her request. She had just gotten her license, and had exactly 0 driving experience down, so i thought itd be a great idea for her to get some experience driving around one of my cars for a while before she bought her own. She refused, threw another fit about it, and demanded the money. So, i gave it to her. Dropped it off next day and exited out of the relationship. 2 weeks later, she bought her brand new car she couldn't afford the payments on(which i warned about), and got insurance for it she couldnt afford(also warned her about). 2 months later she sends me an email(yes an email), looking for sympathy and someone to give a shit about her. She wrecked her car, broke her arm, and there was no insurance on the car, so she lost it and took a massive hit to her credit. Then she lost her apartment, and had to sell everything to just pay bills. She's now single, singing in some traveling circus band, miserable, and at her moms home. Her and every woman like her get to eat the shit sandwiches they make themselves. Dont try to save them gentleman. They aren't worth saving.

She's an attractive woman, I can imagine she was very attractive throughout her twenties and 30s as well, which means that she was approached and spoken to by tons of different guys. Without knowing her on the personal level I can almost guarantee that she turned down the majority if not all of them, some of which would absolutely have been great husbands to her.. so I really don't feel sorry for her at all for not considering options when she had them.

Disadvantages of being a feminist in the sense that right from when she became 30 she is supposed to that discussed these things with her pastors about finding a God fearing and responsible man, through conscious and intensional physical search and prayers. It appears that tithes is the most important thing to the church and not the well-being of the members. I should know because I was married to a Pastor rat. "People suck and it's your job not to suck" Attitude to it, there's very little sugarcoating to the nature of humanity in there and by all accounts, both groups you mentioned are fake and won't be rewarded for their "service."
