HINT! Leave the stems on the peppers, using it to hold the jalapeno as you slice! Not only does that save your fingers from the peppers and knife, but you can slice closer to the stem and get an extra slice from each pepper

Last fall I made 8 cases (250ml bottles) of the recipe Chili Chump had in his video. A few weeks later I used the same recipe and made 4 more cases but used a mixture of yellow jalapeños, birds eye peppers , cayennes, Thai peppers and orange habaneros to kick up the heat. Amazing topping for burgers just under a slice of cheese. I also dehydrated a bottle of them and made a very interesting powder.

Nice, mostly an exploration of the magic of peppers and sugar. Hot Honey has brought this more into the limelight, a perfect mix regardless of the pepper or the sugar. Love it!

always puree our hot peppers with sweet bell pepper and make it thick as it's a jelly. We use green bells with green Jalapeno, red cayenne with red bells, and Golden Cayenne with yellow bells. A popular gift at x-mas around cattle country. Great year, my first Rocoto's, and finally ripening.

I can say with 100% certainty, that you can replace the allspice with 1/8tsp each of Clove, Nutmeg, and Pumpkin pie seasoning. It's a little different from the allspice flavor but it taste amazing with this recipe.

The pointier the tip of the jalapeño, the spicier. More rounded tips, the less more mild. Of course the membrane and seeds are hot. You can add the syrup to margaritas for a spicy margarita 😋💕 Add to coleslaw too, it’s amazing

For superhots, we usually make powder for rubs, ferment into basic mash (that can be used to make sauces/pastes later), or make fresh hot sauce/salsa
