Thank you for showing this, I have water in the tray as well but not enough to overflow. Think I switched it off before end of cycle so pumping not finished perhaps. Seal is ok but good info for future. Thanks.

Hello mate. Nice video 👍 I'm having this issue with my candy condensation dryer where it stopped to accumulate water in the specific reservoir that is located in the dryers door. When I open up the 2 filter at the bottom of the dryer is completely dry where there was always water accumulated. The heat pump works fine,and the clothes still dry up but it takes a long time to dry. Do you happen to know how to solve it?

only had this dryer 1 yr and its been fine but last few times i have had to use it the dryer keeps pausing the water tray is empty , the filter has been cleaned so not blocked with fluff the inside the door is also clean but it still pauses and will not complete a cycle

Don't know what the issue can be behind. My one is 3.5 years old now and it was in use at least twice, sometime 4 times a day and it goes on. Bought another one for my wife and I moved this Candy to the garage for my own use, like a month ago. I use it now like twice a week and still going fine.

Te Zsolt, a Te szárítód is ad ki üresen olyan hangot, ami a szívdobogásra hajaz? Nemrég vettem újan egy slim Candy szárítót, elég durván csinál, plusz láttam, másnál is jellemző. Eléggé zavaró. Persze, ha tele van is csinálja.

Uresen nem probaltam. Az elejen nem adott, de napi 2-4 hasznalattal, 3+ ev utan, mar ad. Bezarom az ajtot, nem hallom 🤣

@@OCDaddyZsolt közben megtaláltam a választ a kérdésemre a videóban - ennyi, ha write-only az ember. Remélem, megoldják garanciában, a gond az, hogy elfogyott, azaz nem tudom másra visszacserélni, slim modellből pedig gyakorlatilag nincs más. Szóval úgy fest, muszáj lesz együttélni vele. A másik érdekessége pedig az, hogy több, mint egy órája kellett volna végezzen, de még mindig mutat két percet és tekeri körbe, mint a bolondóra.

@eddie_303 Ilyet csinal nekem is, bar ritkan, h kiirja, 2 perc, aztan meg egy ora. De olyan is van, h kiirja, h 2 ora, aztan 30 perc alatt vegez. Gondolom, van egy alap program, aztan a nedvesseg fuggvenyeben valtozik.

Nnna, @@OCDaddyZsolt jelentem, egy jó hónap s egy újratelefonálás után kijött a garanciaszerviz - esetünkben egy egyszemélyes cég, egy 60 körüli bácsi. Üres kézzel. Végigtapogatta a szárítógép dobját, elől, ahol a felfüggesztő hengerek vannak alul - van ott egy válla a dobnak - és rámutatott, hogy hol nem szabályos a dob. Kért kölcsön egy kalapácsot, kikopogtatta ügyesen s máris csendben van. Azt mondta, megpróbálja garanciában lekérni a cserealkatrészt, de szerintem így is bőven jól van, csendben megy, mint a kisangyal :)

Candy dryer sucks. The progrem, Eco Cotton, is like 2:30 hours of drying. But is whos 0:02 for an extra hour... the drying is more than 3 hours long... crazy. Never buying from this brand again.

I use it for almost 5 years now and it was used a lot. For 3 years, at least 2-3 times a day. Depending on the programme, it might show 4 hours, yet done in 1.5-2 hours. Yes, sometimes it shows 1 minute for 20 minutes. I prefer our new Electrolux dryer, but I still use the Candy in the garage, to all my microfibre towels and it is keep going.
