I was jigging while pregnant at 41 My children were healthy except for some food allergies that both their father and I have . I eat whole food plant based and feel wonderful . I attend a small Bible based church that as a whole eats the SAD , unfortunately they are all sickly in one way or another . 🚫Flesh Eating and burnt Offerings: ❤️ This really deep deception!!! Going through our cannon there are several verses that ABA NEVER wanted any blood sacrifices!!! This is very understandable if we go back to The Garden of Eden and OUR CREATOR’S original intent for man! Our food was vegetation. THE FATHER is The CREATOR of life!!! How could HE take pleasure in burning of any flesh ???!!! Supporting verses: Psalm 50: 7 Hear, O my people, and I will speak; O Israel, and I will testify against thee: I am God, even thy God. 8 I will not reprove thee for thy sacrifices or thy burnt offerings, to have been continually before me. 9 I will take no bullock out of thy house, nor he goats out of thy folds. 10 For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. 11 I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. 12 If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof. 13 Will I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats? 14 Offer unto God thanksgiving; and pay thy vows unto the most High: 15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me. 16 But unto the wicked God saith, What hast thou to do to declare my statutes, or that thou shouldest take my covenant in thy mouth? 17 Seeing thou hatest instruction, and castest my words behind thee. Jeremaiah 7: 21 Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Put your burnt offerings unto your sacrifices, and eat flesh. 22 For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices: 23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you. 24 But they hearkened not, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward. 25 Since the day that your fathers came forth out of the land of Egypt unto this day I have even sent unto you all my servants the prophets, daily rising up early and sending them: 26 Yet they hearkened not unto me, nor inclined their ear, but hardened their neck: they did worse than their fathers. Isaiah 1: 10 Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah. 11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats. 12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts? 13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. 14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them. 15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood. 16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; 17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. Isaiah 66: 1 Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? 2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word. 3 He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations. 4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not. Food Was Bread: Nehemiah 9:15 And (a)gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and (b) broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they (c)should go in to possess the land which thou hadst sworn to give them. Cross References: a. Numbers 14:30 Exodus 16:14,15 John 6:31 b. Exodus 17:6 Numbers 20:9-13 c. Deu 1:8

This salad is very similar to the one I eat but I haven’t tried adding dandelions to my salad. Definitely going to try that. I also make a hemp seed dressing which is just hemp seeds, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, nutritional yeast and water. Blend it up and it makes a bomb salad dressing. This salad looks delicious. I need to get a big ass salad bowl like that! Lol

Great information. Thanks for posting. I would add sone ground Milk Thistle seeds. Silymarin extracted from Milk Thistle is known to have antioxidant, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. Useful in treating liver disease, cancer, and diabetes. One of my favorite, healthful herbs. Good to add to your dogs food too!

Thank you Thank you for sharing this. I just recently in the last 5 years really learned the power of food especially mixed salad greens and cucumber benefits. I even put apples and chopped walnuts on my salads now; I use to frown when I saw ppl at work at the salad bar do this but now I understand the benefits. This was great!!!!!

Wow! What a beautiful and well thought out salad!! I'm 53 and aging soooo much better than my peers bc I've eaten pretty cleanly for a long time now. If you live both ways, you can easily see the difference in how much better you feel physically, mentally and emotionally. It breaks my heart that more people don't eat this way. That is way up my alley!! Thank you for posting it!!

I have made this salad about 6 times already, THANK YOU. Most of these things, I’m excited to say that I pull from my garden. 👩🏽🌾😆. I also use a salad spinner to get any debris off of my lettuce, this also dries off the lettuce. Thanks for this wonderful recipe! Take care and MORE VIDEOS PLEASE.

I appreciate you both creating these informational videos.😊 My issue is I am allergic to all of the Cruciferous and also Nightshade vegetables. The former causes my throat to swell and the latter causes me inflammation. I never used to have to check what a salad’s contents are but now I do and it’s challenging ordering vegetable dishes because my requests for eliminating those vegetables are sometimes ignored and I have to send back the order. I came to the conclusion that I have to food prep it myself, which isn’t always convenient. One thing that I do sometimes is throw my salad in my blender and add some almond milk or protein powder to to make me feel more satiated.

This was delicious, I didn’t have dandelion so I added parsley. I also cup up some walnuts and added it on top, that with the chia seeds made it super crunchy. My salad dressing I used Olive Garden Italian and some local made avocado oil dressing but I made sure to use more lime juice to counter the fatty oil as you mentioned. Thanks again my hubby loves it and said he can eat it everyday!

It’ll save you so much money in doctor bills, medication. This may be more expensive at the store but in so many ways. I’d rather spend money on preventative methods! Thank you!

Wonderful video, thankyou. I love how much thought around life force. Two tips. First, if you use reverse osmosis water, it brings more life force into in, by structuring it afterwards. There are many good ways. Next Chia seeds are best when soaked in water first, because they expand three times their size in the gut and it can cause constipation. I put my soaked chia seeds in my daily smoothie. ❤
