This is the way I like to make my Mac and cheese as well (No eggs or roux) although I never tried cheddar cheese soup but I will try it for thanksgiving ❤

Sometimes less is best this was so delicious you won't know eggs and roux and a million cheese was missing.

Looks so good, try adding chicken bouillon to your boiling pasta instead of salt so much flavor also add smoke paprika with your seasonings. I'm going to try the soup cheese I thought about use it during thanksgiving but was scared too😂 Thank you for sharing
