A major component of the Cuban Cane Art Sobrevivencia is healing the body.
The Cane moves were designed to "rehab" injuries using natural movements.

Thank you for commenting David! Good observation-It's based on 8 basic natural movements which leads to 120+ variations. No word yet as to video training availability although we imagine the timeline to be after the Sept Fall Cane Immersion certification training and since CSDU is the main video training portal, it would be made available to members there. As far as the pronunciation of "Sobrevivencia" we forsee the SV abbreviation in the near future 😉 -
