Canned Chicken Light Lunch

Made myself a quick lunch with canned chicken, peppers, and riced cauliflower. I had some leftover cucumber that I sliced and had on the side. Yum! #ricedcauliflower #quickandeasy #quickrecipes #healthyrecipes

This looks so good , yum Thank you for sharing So healthy also The mall here is packed with stores , I guess Lubbock Texas is the hub , everyone comes here to shop There are so many stores and restaurants Back home we always went back to school after labor day But lots have changed Your right , if you want to go to the movies , you have to buy on line So much has changed Enjoy your lunch

Malls here are also the same, the malls are more empty, and lots of stores closing. You're right, must be due to the rise of online shopping, don't need to go into the store at all, can do all your shopping on the couch.

Those peppers always look so good when you make something with them. I fried couple chicken breasts today, and cut them up, made some food to start the week.

Hi Robin haven’t watched for a while. Happy to see you. I always forget about those nice little extras at Aldi. Going there tomorrow and pick up the rice cauliflower, going to make your dish for lunch thanks for Sharon. Keep the recipes coming. Hello Robin , looks super healthy and delish for sure. Tomorrow for dinner I'm making something similar , from stuff I already have brown rice noodles tomatoes bell peppers some shredded chicken and some Asian chili sauce I'm just going to makeup some concoction 😊
