I have never heard of Blueberry Butter, what a great idea to reuse the blueberries. And It looks so delicious, too :) Thank you Lisa!

Thank you, Sasha. It works great for making vinaigrette dressing. If it wasn't so hot I would pick blackberries but not going there. :(

Lisa'sWorld UGH, how hot is it?
@LisasWorld1008 жыл бұрын
It's been 99 a lot of days but we have very humid temps. If it was a dry heat I wouldn't mind it so much. How's your temps doing?
@AnOldSchoolHome8 жыл бұрын
Lisa'sWorld Very consistent - 110 every day :) And thank God, no humidity :)

Hi Lisa 🤗 I'm a new sub here. I just luv your channel. Please don't mind me going thru your videos. Hope all is well down there in Georgia. My aunt lives down there in Valdosta Georgia. It's beautiful down there 😊 Take care-Debbie

Hi, Debbie. Thanks for following along my journey. I love GA. We have so many growing advantages here but we also have the unbearable heat in the summer. This year has been terrible. I'm sure your aunt can share what a rough summer it has been. Thanks for tuning in. Hugs, Lisa

You have to try this, Chris. It's the bomb. It works great for making vingairette dressing. I can now can more blueberries so my freezer isn't overloaded with them. And of course I'll have a video up soon with the recipe for the dressing. Love you, sissy.

Im curious how thick your syrup came out?
@LisasWorld1007 жыл бұрын
It was pourable . After it sit's in the fridge it gets a little firmer but I like to heat it in the microwave which then it goes back to warm pourable syrup. If it gets too firm you can add a bit of water once you open it. Just a tad is all it takes. You can take any jelly you purchase from the store and add a tad of water and you have flavored syrup. Thanks for tuning in. Lisa

Thank you for replying so quickly. Awesome, I was concerned it would be too thin. This sounds perfect. I'm gonna give this try today.

+Lisa'sWorld That's a lot of peach peeling! I did half a bushel and got 16 pints...the rest we ate fresh. I'm headed to the farmers market in the morning. I hope to get more...and some half runner green beans.

We had it for dinner tonight. Even the hubs loved it. Thank you. I'm near the state farmer's market in Forest Park. Right now the prices are great for so many things. It's hard chosing what to can next.
