Have you ever had creamed carrots? You do them exactly like creamed corn, butter, milk, flour to thicken and salt and pepper. They are so good. Anytime I was going to eat with Granny, and she would ask what I wanted, creamed carrots was always on the top of the list.

I would start with some good waterbath recipes... jelly or pickles maybe. You can do that without having to buy a lot of special canning tools and try it out. You can do it!

I’m just like you! Those lids have to face the logo on the front of the jar! I thought I was the only one who did that! Don’t they look so nice!
