Cannolis recipe - first time try with plenty of mistakes haha

The better cannoli forms have a longer side, that is for the round part of the circle, the fullest part. When you pinch the dough together, make sure it seals. It is best if you can flange out the dough on the edges so the tubes will open out at the edges. Also, you should have more oil to fry them in so the whole cannoli is in the oil and you don't have to spin it, and it fries evenly.

So I had peach ice cream the other day, not your recipe, unfortunately, but a homemade one from an ice cream shop up the street from my home. You gave me the nerve to try it and it was AMAZING!
