@@Firefighter_Matt You are a firefighter. If you saw someone at a scene acting contrary to training, you wouldn't say that person was acting from a different viewpoint, I don't think. Similarly, there are established ways of applying previous law and for arguing about law and Cannon is not following them. This undermines her conclusions and removes the ability to call it a serious viewpoint. I believe that is what Harry is saying. If you think she ignored what she was taught in law school to serve a corrupt purpose, then it is corruption. If not, it is just incompetence. Either way, not good.

Meanwhile myself and a fellow firefighter are being shown all the signs of a stroke. Turns out she was having a stroke. Our viewpoints as humans often come from a emotional place of origin. Pre frontal cortex also is a option for humans to use. My opinion or viewpoint does not matter technically as it's not a absolute scientific certainty.

We were all designated as “Special Attorney,” which was the title printed on our credentials. Hey Harry - would it be possible for Smith to appeal this to the 11th, have it overturned and Cannon removed, and then immediately Merrick Garland annouces that Jack Smith is now an employee of DOJ? Would that leave the case free to move forward once the issue is moot - even if Trump attempts to appeal to SCOTUS? Would SCOTUS even consider the appeal in that case? Seems to me that this would be the quickest way to get the case back on track ASAP.

At most they would be ruling on the issue of whether or not special counsels are constitutional, and since Smith would by that time be a DOJ employee, the issue in Trump's case would be moot. SCOTUS could very well rule that special counsels are unconstitutional, and if by then Smith was a DOJ employee, it wouldn't apply to him or the case.
