Been seeing this slide for years on theme park crazy, excited to finally see a review for it

It was really unique.

I just can't imagine how this could be ever so slightly safe. It seems like it's quite easy for someone to slip, fall, and crack their head open.
@nancyfarkas35926 ай бұрын
You can fall and crack your head open riding a skateboard too. It’s a risk no matter what.
@Southeastern_Thrills6 ай бұрын
@@nancyfarkas3592 True, but falling on a skateboard is all the rider's fault. Someone slipping and falling on these stand up water slides is the liability of the water park.

If you hold onto the railings, you can stay upright even if you lose your balance.

At the first try, I fell, but I kept on trying - this thing really is addictive when you want to figure out the technique 😅 If you finally got it, it's a lot of fun!

I happily kept reriding it to get faster.

I have terrible balance so be falling over a lot🍃

Definitely use the handles and start slow.
@BassGuitarSlide5 ай бұрын
@ReidHelton my balance is also not great, but I kept on trying (at the first try, I also fell over) and after multiple attempts, I got the technique and it is a lot of fun 😊 So I recommend to try this out!

Since you always try to get all pronunciations right: the A in German "bad" is pronounced like the a in English "farthest" or "Palm", not like in the English "bad". Cheers!!

Nettebad has one and it is terrible never again unless you want busted back

That’s the only one I’ve done. Being from the US (where this would likely not be allowed) it’s something I’d never seen before. I eventually figured out to lean forward slightly as that is the direction you’re traveling in. You’ll be less likely to slip and fall back as you would if you tried to stand and balance normally. Your forward momentum also prevents you from falling forward

I started slow before gaining speed on later runs.
