Looks great, can it take good photo’s? I have watch like 3-4 reviews of this camera, and nobody talks about taking still photos LOL, like in low light, high speed, selfie’s mode and more

Are you mainly using auto focus or manual focus? Did you use UHS 1 OR 2 memory card?

It is difficult to achieve bokeh with a compact camera. To make it short, bokeh may emerge when you use short distance (close to the object), larger zoom (which limits the ability to go closer), large aperture (small F number, which is also limited with larger zoom). So it is compromise between these things and increase in one area will limit what you can achieve in others

This Canon looks awesome, and i was looking for other cámaras like the lumix TZ200 or the Sony RX100 M7, or the Lx10 and the Lx100 M2 for macro. And this one look amazing on macro. Wich one you think its better for that subject?

For macro images, SX740 is the best of these five cameras. It is able to achieve 1.1x (35mm EQ) magnifiaction on widest-angle which is not very useful but it is still able to achieve reasonable 0.8-0.9x with cca 3-4x zoom which would be more useful. TZ200 can achieve 0.6-0.7x magnification at 2x zoom max. Botk LX10/LX15 and LX100 M2 are able to get 0.6x magnification only at widest-angle and approx. 0.5x at 2x zoom. Not very good. RX100 M7 may achieve less than 0.5x maximum magnification at around 2x zoom and this camera cannot be recommended for macro (relatively simila performance as LX10/LX100)

Thanks for this good information. So if you want a 1 inch sensor best option is ZS200. But. The images on the SX740 are very good too. I apreciate your the answer thanks a lot! I have see the other videos on this Chanel very good information, thanks again. For the las question! Did you know if the G5X or G7x from cannon can do macro? All this premuin prices compact cameras Make you think if you better get a lumix GX9 mirrorles with a similar price and more versatility.

I hope you reshoot the video with the camera held upright in the centre of the video. I twisted my neck for the first 2 minutes and I gave up. Not a bad video, but why did you expect to watch it at a tilted angle?

For macro shots, SX740 is slightly better, but HX99 is better camera overall.

just want to ask about 8:58 buses..how that bus if want to turn around if got cable tied? is that electric bus? sorry asking.

It is a trolleybus, it uses trolleys like a train or tram but it drives on a road and it has to follow the path where the trolleys are, so in order to turn around, it has to go in special places where the trolleys makes a circle. in our country, it is considered as a rail vehicle, so majority of them does not even have a registration plate like trains and trams. nowadays, we have also partial trolleybuses which have a large battery. so, they are using trolleys when they can and the remaining part of journey is done using the electricity from battery (it works like electric bus then and it can go anywhere).
