Your lessons are really beneficial. May i know about the Romanization you use, Is it called Jyut Ping ?

my current lessons (from lesson 39 onwards) are all using jyutping. For the earlier lesson, I combined yale and jyutping system as i thought it might be easier for English speaker. But I received the comments that it's better to standardized to one system. So I have chosen jyutping.

This is great, I have been in Hong Kong from last 6 years but was never able to learn. Never had access to good learning material as well. But thanks to you, you are teaching in a very simple way. Can you also suggest any English to jyutping book which i can get in Hong Kong ? which might help me to built up good vocablary ?

Can I swap the pronunciation for number 0 as Ning instead of Ling ? I prefer say with the N cause Hong Kong people tend to do that often

The official pronouncation is ling4. I can't tell you to swap🤫 here. I recommend to stay with "l" for this one. 😉

I guess it's my bad pronunciation. We Cantonese couldn't tell much the difference between n and l. Only when we really conscious about that. Sometimes I guess I just don't notice. I am so sorry about that

these numbers behind the words are very confusing in this context. I see sam 1 is 3 and sei 3 is 4... better use the normal rising falling high low ... strokes above the vowels I say
