I can see all your videos are three years old. I’m English and have cooked for my growing family (all flown the nest now) since 1978. Still do bits now and again for me and my wife and still carry many Chinese cooking ingredients. I just wanted to say, I wish you were still doing it. And that i had found your site earlier. Nice but didn't mention how long to fry them for and also how long you freeze..and how long to refry...?

I personally freeze for upto 3 months I freeze them in a zip lock flat once cool. I reheat them frozen for 3-5 mins till a good colour I recommend freezing after first fry. X that's what we do anyway
