I just recently found you on KZbin and I must say I really enjoy watching your videos. I also love that you have long hair! I have been growing my hair out for about 4 years, my hair is almost classic length, when I reach my goal length I plan on having a blunt cut at the bottom just to make it look thicker, my ends have been so stringy 🙈 I have the Cantu leave in conditioner and I haven’t used it yet, now that I have seen your video I’m definitely getting the Cantu moisturizing curl and lock gel! 💕

I have been using that gel & I don't mind it, but I feel like I have to use more than what I first expected. It doesn't give me much of a cast & I'm wondering if it's too heavy for my waves, but it does leave my hair very soft once it's all dried and done with.

It could be too heavy! Try using a thinner gel maybe? 😁

I have long straight hair right past my butt and I just used these products for the first time last night. Curls are GREAT! But I definitely feel like my hair has product in it.. it’s almost like after I touch it I have to wash my hands. Anyone else have this problem?

It’s the leave in conditioner! I had the exact same problem. Once I switched the leave in, it was much better

WOW! Your hair looks great! Does the Moisturizing Twist & Lock gel cause your hair to be hard/crispy? My hair is so badly damaged and have stayed away from gel for years now. But I have never found a product to help with frizz, define curls and to keep hair soft/moisturized. I would like to try this product but hesitant about the gel 🤔

I absolutely love this gel!! I still use it. It can make your hair hard and crispy if you use a lot of it. BUT the magic is when your hair is fully dry and you scrunch out the crunch! That’s when you take an oil, or not, don’t need one to do this. But you basically scrunch your dry hair and the cast goes away but you’re left with soft defined curls!

jiya jani I hadn’t tried to coconut curling cream yet! If I did, i would have to use a little bit of it because my hair is low porosity and creams/butters build up really fast
