ചപ്പാത്തിക്കും ചോറിനും ഒരു കിടിലൻ മുട്ട കറി | Kerala Style Egg Pepper Masala -Mutta Masala

Ingredients
Egg-5
Ginger-1 medium
Garlic 5 or 6 pods
Onion-2
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves-3 sprig
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Fennel powder-1 tsp
Cumin seed-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Tomato -2 medium
Salt -to taste
Oil- for cooking
Method
First we boiled the egg and remove the shell and cut into two pieces,set a side.
Then we crush the ginger and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute well.
Again we add ginger garlic paste,green chilly,curry leaves and salt saute well and
cook for some minutes.
Then we add powders like pepper powder, fennel powder,cumin seed,and turmeric
powder and saute well.
Add chopped tomatoes and mash the pulp.and add water and 1 tsp of pepper
powder and cover and cook well.
Now we add boiled egg and mix,turn off the flame .
Serve the kerala style egg pepper masala into appam etc.
Enjoy the taste of mutta masala..

ആദ്യം ആവിശ്യത്തിന് വെള്ളം വെച്ച മുട്ട പുഴുങ്ങി തോട് കളഞ്ഞ മാറ്റിവെയ്ക്കുക
ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി ചതച്ച എടുക്കുക
ഇനി റോസ് ചട്ടിയിൽ എണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച അതിലേക്ക് സവാള ഇട്ട് നന്നായി വഴറ്റുക .
ഇനി അതിലേക്ക് ചതച്ച ഇഞ്ചി , വെളുത്തുള്ളി , പച്ചമുളക് ഇട്ട് നന്നായി വഴറ്റി എടുക്കുക
ഇനി ഇതിലേക്ക് കുരുമുളക് പൊടി , പീരുംജീരകപൊടി , ജീരകം , മഞ്ഞൾപൊടി എന്നിവ ഇട്ട് നല്ലതുപോലെ വഴറ്റുക
ഇനി അരിഞ്ഞ വെച്ച തക്കാളി ഇട്ടു നന്നയി ഉടച്ച എടുക്കുക , ഇനി ആവിശ്യത്തിന് ഉള്ള വെള്ളം ഒഴിച്ച അടച്ച വെച്ച വേവിക്കുക
പുഴുങ്ങി വെച്ച മുട്ട ഇതിലേക്ക് ഇട്ട് കൊടുത്ത നന്നായി ഇളകി അടുപ്പിൽ നിന്ന് മാറ്റുക
