The look they gave him isn’t what I expected, but I like it, looks more menacing than just having a big head. Maybe it’s going to keep growing and be a combination of really enlarged and grotesque by the end, that might look cool too, but either way it looks good so far.

I'm okay with this design of the Leader. If it was very comic accurate, it would look strange in the context with how grounded and (comparably) realistic the other characters look, especially for a Cap movie. A disturbing look can work, and Tim Blake Nelson (love him) has the acting chops to pull it off, quite easily I might add.

I think that the Leader will a connecting main villain but have little screen time. As in he will be shown in some expositional dialogue scenes with a limited action scene and then again at the end or in a credits scene where we see The Leader with, or just talking to, Dr. Doom, who will either have a shadow reveal scene or a voiceover. So basically The Leader is helping Doom and maybe he will continue to do so in a few other films, at least I hope so cause Tim Blake Nelson is an amazing actor and I hope he gets more time in the MCU
